    My best swing tip ever is to pull your trail side scapula towards your spine for your backswing; and then pull your lead scapula back towards your spine for your downswing. That’s it that’s the golf swing. Cheers.😊🥂👍

    Whats a spatchula 😂

  • @thomasfraser9072

    @thomasfraser9072

    28 күн бұрын

    @@LionfromtheLakeLionfromtheLake the scapular are the end connection to both your shoulder arms and hand. It is the bony parts in the upper part of your body lovingly known as your angel wings. Each side of your scapula as it move inward, away, and inward again towards and away from your spine allows your shoulders arms and hands and to make a complete clockwise or counterclockwise circular move . In addition to this both your hands and wrist can independently turn clockwise or counter clockwise as both sides of scapula are simultaneously doing the opposite of the other side moving inward or away from your spine This makes the scapular the primary mover of the golf club. Try this experience: As you are swinging your club back to your right side you should feel your right side scapular pulling about two inches towards your spine and the weight of your club head should automatically rotate your hands and wrist halfway clockwise to the finish of your backswing. Your hips will turn accordingly as long as you remain in your golf posture. To initiate your backswing all yo have to do is to consciously initiate the left side of your scapula to pull 2 inches towards the center of your spine. As this one action on your part will creat enough centrifugal and centripetal force to catapult your club head through your ball and bring your body around to your lead left side slinging your club over your left shoulder. Hope I made myself clear. If you are a new golfer you will need to learn all the basic setting up to your ball in order to make your scapular effectively work for you Cheers. Remember about two inch with the right side scapula followed by 2 inches with the lead side scapula is all it takes to make a great golf swing. It will become so subtle you will hardly know you’re doing it. So do not force anything in your golf swing; just do it and let your body take over your swing. Cheers

    I saw Lee Trevino give the best swing tip ever years ago, when after a round a TV interviewer spoke to him about his round and then said, Lee could you give a tip to all the amateur golfers watching right now? Lee gave the tip, which I don't even remember, but as he turned to walk away he looked back over his shoulder and with the famous Trevino smile said "Oh and it doesn't hurt to hit two or three hundred balls at the range everyday either".

I knew it was keep low from sweet previous strikes of the ball . It’s not really talked about that swing top that much Great video Pete it’s actually another piece of the puzzle 🧩 and them hands were low on the correct side of that line . May want to check to see if your shoulder tilt is too flat. The first move should be your lead shoulder going under your chin with your hands raising not lowering.

    After years of ups and downs in getting down to 5 hcp realised everyone lower than me at my club learnt as weak kids,unfortunately most golfers learn as strong men! they start the swing with their arms focussing on hitting at the ball out of aggression or anxiety, then atempt some sort of turn You have to feel the arms/butt of club move last as your right side spirals up and then move left away from arms as left side spirals up you have to move away from the club both ways, but have the confidence the club will catch up at impact! Easy to say hard to do But Nobody ever practices Golf related coordination skills to give them confidence to achieve this Every Good Golfer that Ever Lived can Bounce a Ball on a Wedge! it took me 6 weeks!
