Franklin Sensors Prosensor M90. Through 1 layer of Drywall this thing is super fast and reliable. I used it on 2 layers of 5/8" drywall and was amazed at how well it worked. I also used in my own home with lathe and plaster walls. That is where it really stepped up. It worked like a dream.
