Growing up in Scotland with a lot of Pakistanis I’ll be honest my view was a bit tarnished as a kid/young adult but they seem like genuinely good people in Pakistan will hopefully get a chance to visit one day

From October till March the weather in Pakistan is nice n cold and April is like not cold nor hot just like October somewhere in the middle, from May till mid of September it's pretty hot in here and not the best time to visit in my opinion but if you're not afraid of little extra heat then it's fine
