I love the Fashionpedia book, I got it for Christmas awhile back. I also got their Women Poses for fashion, since i’m not that good at sketching yet, and I must say 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 also loveeee Nick Verreos lol

Would love to see a video on how you grade your patterns!

I love books too... Have all the same ones as you except for the Fashionary ones... TBH, I'm poor so self learning and Library Genesis has been an invaluable resource.

Mine did and that was 10 years ago so it should.
i've just started learning to drape patterns and i only have 1 mannequin for pattern making, but its in a corseted shape (its from the very very late edwardian era) anyone know where i can find a squishable or adjustable dressform that is good for pattern making and that is somewhat affordable?
@deeg6243

i don’t know what your budget is but for adjustable dress forms the most inexpensive one that i’ve seen is 99 USD on amazon. for professional grade dressforms the shop company sells them for 235 USD

I have an adjustable one and honestly, it's a bit flimsy for drape patterns but you can probably make it work. I'm in Canada and there are a LOT of mannequins on Kijiji (the equivalent of craigslist) at great prices. I got mine for free! The only problem is if you're not an "average size" person like me. I'm really small and it was a struggle to find one.

@@SierradSushi ok, Thank you for the suggestions, i will try and check those sites out! :) i found one on craigslist for a lil higher than i would want to pay, but it should work perfectly for what i need one for! again, thanks for your help!
what ethnicity are you?
