It really holds well!
Those are nice sand spikes, I am currently working on some sand spikes that contain components I 3D printed, so far they are working pretty good.

We had the best time. We stayed at Caswell village and we loved it. Had the community pool to ourselves and pretty much the beach down that way too. Weather was perfect. I played golf at Old Fort in Winnabow about 30 minutes inland. Kids and us road in oak island golf course every night looking for golf balls. It was so much fun.
I’m more fresh water guy but I’ve done some surf fishing and that’s the baddest rod holder I’ve seen
