Apex is a great design (Husky, gearwrench). Very smooth. They make ratchets for Matco
You can find the same ratchet at Harbor Freight in Pittsburgh Pro for under $20. I just got the 1/2" with coupon for $14.
Gearwrench and husky are both owned by apex tools they're the same ratchet. Just like how Matco ratchets are a very similar design to gearwrench because they're also owned by apex. The design is taken from the old Armstrong USA made ratchets who made Matcos ratchets and was also bought by apex and shut down.
