update: they added

8:46 I think that Lou has recently found a place (outside of Hot Zone) thanks to the new tank meta (he’s a pretty good counter to tanks)! It seems like they were too scared to buff him, but thankfully the meta shifts have meant that he’s a lot better In other words, when Gale got nerfed, Lou became the Employee of the Month at the Snowtel

Chromatic is the best because it has a few of every type of brawler such as tank damage support (etc)

Almost all cromatics are good or decent in the meta so I think there the best rarity
