Cracking looking pints

Visiting my friends the other week in Florida and they were all telling me about their trip to Ireland and the sheer superiority of the Guinness there. They saw me kinda reacting as if “it can’t be all the much better” and they doubled down, absolutely serious and said “no we aren’t exaggerating, it’s THAT much better.” Someday….someday.

Now, something I will admit myself to. I adore my heritage, I’m American FIRST. Then Mexican, but the people across the pond really have some exquisite beer. I stand by your beer all day.

@@ivanrayanguiano3217I’ve had hundreds of beers and honestly Guinness has to be the best. So smooth with literally zero offensive qualities. Still, it’s not my usual buy but objectively it has to be the best.

Hands down my favorite beer. Simply nothing else like it.

There’s nothin’ I like more, than after a long week’s work, when you go into that pub, and the Barman knows exactly what you want. It comes, you can hear it being planted - the playful splashing of the bubbles - on the top of the glass. The condensation as it drips cooly, like a shnake, down the side of a mountain. The curves of the glass like some sort of Belgian model’s hips. And you grab that pint. And you can feel that condensation teasing the palm of your hand and your fingers. And once that flow just flows forth, like some sort of floodgate of love. As those bubbles come through your teeth… you know you’ve come to the right place at the right time. - - We’re binge drinkers. Not alcoholics. Bloody good ones, too.

I hand my first pint of Guinness was in powers for my 18th this year. I’ll only ever drink Guinness in powers

mostly irish pubs are the ones for that, or if you just go to one of the greene king pubs and see lots of people drink guinness there it prolly means that the guinness is real nice

Can't beat a good pint of Guiness but I've always found it terrible in England.

maybe its just being in the states but this beer does not interest me anymore. I used to think it was great but now its kinda like water with acrid notes.
