The best path to follow by Sadhguru

-there is no such thing, as straight path.
there's no such thing as crooked path.
because, the path is inward.
if you go north I would say you are wrong,
if you go south, you're definitely wrong .
if you go East - you're wrong,
if you go west you're wrong.
if you go up, you're wrong,
if you go down, you're wrong.
-Spiritual process will happen to you, not
because you look up, not because you look down,
not because you look in the four different directions, but because you look inward.
-inward is neither North nor South, nor East nor West, nor up nor down. because what is inward is
dimensionless.
-you projected your whole life out.
which is very illusory. if, you stop the
projection, everything is inside.
-everything that ever happened to you
is within you. so, the outward projection is an illusion.
-I'm not talking about somewhere to go,
some is only this much or that much, no - is limitless.
-something means a certain quantity .
nothing - is not a quantity, it is another dimension, which is measureless.
-it is another possibility,
which is beginningless and endless.
-the nowhere is the only unlimited space.
-you are still longing to go somewhere. you are not willing to drop into the abyss of nothingness.
-when you say I am seeking the boundless,
you are talking about falling into nothingness.
-it is a bottomless
pit . and bottomless pit is not dangerous.
only a pit with a bottom is dangerous.
-you go up or down ,all your life is happening only
within you. this is not a trap, this is the door..

"a bottomless pit is not dangerous. only a pit with a bottom is dangerous" ok now this is something that the fearful intellect needed to hear. because I had certain moments where a certain expansion started to happen and my reaction is instant panic and I open my eyes to escape it.

Fear is the first obstacle to overcome, happened to me too, until You realize all is an illusion, cause all is inside You,nothing is outside!Where one see,smell,taste,etc...inside oneself! We are immortals, cause we are the source=1!

Same, I can't let it happen. Every time it feels like I'm about to die so I get scared and step out of it. The bottomless pit idea is interesting but from my point of view I can not see that it is bottomless, it seems I have to trust the gurus which is not that easy to do.

when the fears (ideas) comes just ask it : SO WHAT! or WHAT THEN! that is a way to trick the mind , because when you ask your mind that , either it will stop streaming thoughts or it will show you the REAL reasons why you are in fear at that moment , either ways its win win because once you no why, the fear will immediately vanish , in deep meditation when you can not ask that question because there is no thinking mind , attach the ( SO WHAT ! ) to something else like breathing before the meditation mentally and they will go together spontaneously .

I tried sitting in silence for 2 or 3 days without engaging with anything, without doing anything other than the basic chores. I started realising that I am empty and a sort of subtle fear set in, due to which I broke the silence after 2 days. Till then I thought that I was distracted by things and the moment I take a break from the distraction I'll discover myself and it'd be great. But after that silence, out of that subtle fear, I wanted to get myself busy in things again, cause I saw that this is what gave substance to 'me', otherwise I'm empty.

the problem is you have to lose everything that you call myself. I think bottomless pit is our natural state. the rush of thoughts keep it well hidden. its crazy how one have to accept it at the end.

For a very long time, I imagined that a bottomless pit is dangerous. But now, I'm surprised and enlightened me when Sadhguru said, "...a bottomless pit is not dangerous." This is something I'm going to engage with it. A "bottomless pit" state.

Cabalist Tree of Life has 10 sefhirots and each of them represents one of the planets in the solar system. Just as we have Ida and Pingala as signifiers of cathodes and anodes or electrons and protons, plus and minuses, so the Tree of Life has three pillars. The right pillar of rigor is the left pillar of grace that represents actually Ida and Pingala, and between the two there is a middle pillar that connects the two opposites, as is the case with Sushumna. Above the sefhirots named Tifharet, which symbolizes the heart chakra, is the so-called ABYS. When it's passed, you literally rule life and death in the truest sense of that.. words 🌬️🌀🌌

"Sadghuru" killed his wife and is a cult leader who preys on the vulnerable. He's controlled opposition who will be used against the masses. Ever wonder why suddenly he's on Trevor Noah, Hot 97 and all these other mainstream media outlets? Wake up people. Stop idealizing these weirdos.

Here is the koan nr 41. Joshu began the study of Zen when he was sixty years old and continued until he was eighty, when he realized Zen. He taught from the age of eighty until he was one hundred and twenty. A student once asked him: "If I haven't anything in my mind, what shall I do?" Joshu replied: "Throw it out." "But if I haven't anything, how can I throw it out?" continued the questioner. "Well," said Joshu, "then carry it out."
