I have been replaying this clip alot this week. This message so resonate with me. Sadhguru is dropping jewel after jewel. Many of us in the west can greatly benefit from his truths.

Uh he doesn’t seem to believe in God guys so … and there is only one God with a lot of men’s interpretations and prejudices that their interpretation is the truest one… This man is so wise but how can he not believe in a higher power the way he talks about the miracle of the human consciousness in life I have yet to figure that part out

He had to have patience with that lady though 😂, his points went right over her head.. what he is saying is that life itself is the biggest thing going on within you , around you; the biggest thing you have but it's being taken for granted it's being overlooked ..your breath , the trees the Sun, your heartbeat , all these things are considered a blessing the most important things you have, yet they don't make us revere life these things don't seem to make us grateful enough to be happy in life to feel blessed for life itself - instead circumstances/anger/stress/finding excuses/avoiding oneself keep us in bondage and become more important than gratitude for life itself one stays on the physical and does not transcend it unless one increases ones awareness an awareness that is the basis of Life the basis of your healing and with one healing one connects with the rest of life immersed, more intimate/sacred..

Let's accept gracefully what we have already got in life and live happily with it in the rest of our life ! A little positivity in life makes it that much more worthwhile and meaningful !

She was not trying to understand or learn from Sadhguru. She just deffends her own suffering. And Sadhguru very patient explaining over and over again. Jaja He is cute.

The breathe exercise is to show US that we are UNAWARE of the subtleties of LIFE itself. Be aware of the LIFE SOURCE not your ego, not circumstances outide of you but LIFE within you. LIFE is throbbing within you, this is the SOURCE. This is God!! But most miss it because they are identified with the Ego & outside circumstances, such as situations & other people.

Think about this...when the Buddha was alive it was a different time, period...life was pretty difficult back then. I think, therefore he tried to give them a sense of consolation. Something like: expect the worse in life people!😢, and if you get a little happiness, it's a bonus!😂 But Sadhguru is trying to rise above that. He is saying, take charge of your inner being, and take a look to what will happen to you. 😮❤😂😅

Andre Nathan Is she really annoying or is she necessary in this conversation as she represents perhaps 70% of our planet who ask such questions and Sadhguru lives by example and shows that it is only her perception that is not in alignment! All those annoying people in our life are gifts to us as they mirror our inner fears and misunderstandings that perhaps we may not have been aware of. Love and light to you :-)

Lady he is not the qiestion or answers

We suffer only because when we become grown ups, we don't look at world as it is anymore, but through lens of judgement. We judge everything we look at deciding this is wrong, that is ugly, the other one is annoying, that is cruel, other one is unjust or stressful and so on...how in hell you expect then to be happy?

Hello Sadhguru, first of all my personal life is great, I'm have nothing to complain about, ..........but life itself is hell, ............... Life is suffering, ............... Life is Sadness,..........I did not make the choice of being born, my parents did this out of selfish reasons, they wanted an little baby to cuddle and so they convicted there own children to a sure dead sentence . I have everything i could wish for in life just for all that to be taken away from me at one or other point ultimatly. Life is a poisoned gift, i wish i was never born. Each morning i hate to be a living human being, Each evening i pray for an earth distroying disaster so that al suffering in this world would be ended in a split second......I feel that life is a punishment, not my life but life itself is a punishment, al the good things in life can not make the bad things good. The good characteristics of a man are not making a bad man good, for example : Hitler wil have had good characteristics also but they did not make him a good person, he stil was very evil, so is life. Life is a nightmare coming to reality dispite of the good things happening in it, ultimatly it ends in horror.....
