Bro! A question out of this context. I see that your bike's handle bar is raised and it looks amazing. How are you managing with the abs cable and other cables? Are you using a 3rd party long cable for a proper maneuvering? I am struggling with mine so kind need help with it.

I’ve been using AMSOIL in all of my vehicles for many years & swear by it. I just bought my 22 Himalayan & for 1st oil change I’ll be using Motul 15w-50 since it’s a blend synthetic. Then at around 1,500-2,000 miles I’ll put in the AMSOIL 15w-50. Haven’t thought about the 10w-50 Dirt version but may consider that too. Thanks for your great videos.

Don't buy the second one, I also tried, wasted money.... Now Hapilly using aom handle bar! As mentioned by Ben this raisers needs to be modified a bit, u can contact hdt cudtoms they have 390 adv raisers for himalayan,

Which oil would you recommend for highway + city rides ? Have been using Castrol power 1 synthetic 15w50 for 3000 km (mostly highways), but not so happy with the performance. Loses its smoothness after say 2-3 hours of riding .

Are name brand synthetic MC oils really that different? I use Lucas 10-50 syn because it's available locally. Motul and Amsoil aren't.

Castrol is average oil which sells well because of advertisement and promotions

Hey guys ... Anyone used 20w50 oil in Himalayan. I think going for thicker oil will help in Himalayan especially in summer and city traffic. Let me know if anyone's has tried this ! 15W50 doesn't quite cut it in hot conditions. I guess it loses viscosity sooner and bike gets noisey

Hello Ben I'm using RE Liquid Gun engine oil for my BS4 Himalayan sleet and the machine has run exactly like 50500+ odd Kms so far and now I've to give it for the service and I'm planning to go for Liqui Moly 15w-50 street 4t engine oil as i normally do much highway rides and only a few off road trails, so before i change to new oil I'm also planning to flush my engine using liqui moly engine flush shooter. So can you please suggest me any other better oil if that's available with the same grade and also with the same price range ? There is one more thing that i need to share as I'm using powerage with BMC air filter and Installed FuelX based on your review and i want to thank you a lot for that. Now recently I'm not happy with the sound of powerage and hence I'm planning to buy Devil Evolution performance exhaust. So any feedbacks regarding that. I hope you reply for this. Amsoil are the pioneers of synthetic oil they are the 1st in the world introduced synthetic oil, one thing to keep in mind is that they are USA based company so the bottles are in quarts not liters 1 quart= 946ml only and kind of expensive but it definitely give the premium experience....they have car premium synthetic oil that can last upto 12-20K km they are that good with fully synthetic oils

Liquid Gold ftw mate! I have been using Amsoil ever since they launched in India. The differences are evident. By paying a little more what we get is a lot more.

Why don't you use Castrol Magnetic instead with same 15w 50
