Tangier never come under english rule (same with portuguese), most of tangier city was under rule of arab and saadian/alouite rifi forces and berbers, including all of its medina, all of its past history. English ruled small portion section of tangier suburbs.

Thank you for this beautiful video in which you showed the beauty of my city..even if you haven't visited many tourist places.... dans ce cimetière est enterré Walter Harris, propriétaire de la Harris Villa,Which is now turned into a museum of art within the garden of Villa Harris...And you missed seeing the Perdicaris Palace, which was also turned into a museum and is located in the Perdicaris Forest

Some critique of some of the language used in this video….chaos. It is not chaos. It is people’s lives, raw and real. It is Africa. It’s charm is this ‘chaos’ i.e. people going about their daily routines. Imagine, you found Tangier looking like downtown London (Canary wharf soulless tall glass buildings and spotless streets etc), you might as well stay in the UK. You can’t compare the UK (or any European country) and what you see in other developing countries. Cultures are different. Not better. Not worse than yours. Simply different. If you didn’t want chaos, you would need to visit Singapore, Switzerland, Monte Carlo, etc. The joy of Morocco is that one minute you are in the 12th century. You turn a corner, you find yourself in Western style settings familiar to the white man. Don’t judge countries. Instead observe, adopt, enjoy and acclimatise yourself to this new way of living… Morocco is beautiful and far more interesting than the cookie-cutter cities of the UK. And I have been living in the UK for 35 years and travelled the world. The only reason I remain in the UK is my kids. The minute they are old enough, I will be in Tangier living a more fulfilled life… Blue sky, sea, lovely food and warm and hospitable people…what more do I want? No hard feelings 😍

Hi, thanks for your comment. We're pleased to say that we don't judge a country or place we visit, however, we do show everything we see, do, and experience in our videos. Also we can only use the language of our culture to describe said experiences, and "chaos" is just chaos, and not a disparaging comment. That lets our viewers get a true reflection, unsanitized, so they can make their own judgments and opinions on a place good and/or bad. That said, I'd like to critique of some of the language used in in you post, I am disappointed that you felt the need to make racist comments, as we thought the world had moved on, sadly, it would seam that you have not. Sometimes its better to be thought a fool, than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt Thanks for watching the video, and now We'll block you from our channel because we have no time for racist behaviours

It should have been better to accompany the video with Moroccan Andalusian music than Indian in order to give true lical effluvium. Very nice!
