I think I speak for every Spartan when I say that this was an especially heartbreaking season to have cut short. Winston and his team have been through so much, and in the last couple of games, they were looking really special. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that we were robbed of a chance at a national title. Cassius may never get the chance to hang the banner he came back for, but how he triumphed over the darkness in his life and led MSU to a conference championship means that he deserves a place among the greatest Spartans of all time.

Sad it has to end like this

What a tremendous big ten season. There so much parody across the entire landscape of college basketball, this could've been anybody's year to bring home the entire thing. Was a pity it ended how it did, hopefully the NCAA will make some smart rulings about eligibility but if history is at all a barometer then they won't.

These highlights reminded me how much Brown disappeared in the second half of the season. All those big dunks early on and maybe one or two the rest of the season. It’s hard to watch these highlights makes me mad we got cheated of the tournament 😭

The 2017-2022 recruiting class on MSU might be one of the best teams of all time. MSU has a hard lockdown defense and once ur down by 10 to them it’s 99.99% guaranteed u won’t comeback.
