What a lovely comment 😊
You came out of nowhere and are producing quality tuts/walkthru's that compare with some of the best DR YT channels. One thing that I'd very much like you to start doing in the future, and that would be to add 'STUDIO' to the tuts that can only be completed in the paid version. Very much appreciated and look forward to some new content soon. Tnx in advance!

Very much appreciate it. I was just sick of DR tuts being so boring and slow. I never used the free version so I don’t actually know what’s free and what isn’t. I’m gonna have to find some kind of list of the differences I think 🤔
Excellent.
Today I just discovered your channel and I love every bit of it! I already had a fav Premiere pro youtuber and now I got one for DaVinci Resolve ♥️

Welcome to the channel! 😊
Great video! I love how you zoom in etc. to show us what changes you are making. Super clear, and very engaging! PS: Adding the shadow really "sells" the effect. Super cool added touch! For more realism, I flipped the shadow opacity, and changed the blur such that It starts out faint and get much more solid and crisp as the white Text settles down to the lens cap. The closer the shadow throwing object gets to a surface the sharper and darker the shadow gets. Because that's how shadows work.

Loving this comment 😂
Not a criticism but a critique, take a little more with your mouse movements, and slow down the amount of special effects. We are watching to follow your demonstration of the technique, not slam bang gee wizze effects.. Basically good presentations so far. Please keep in mind your audience is/are light users trying to become more polished. Been watching since the 6th hour of posting.

Yeah I get that. I’m trying to find that balance between having the video be super simple and audience retention low so the video isn’t pushed by KZread but pleases those who see it. Or go hard on the visuals pushing retention up meaning there are more visitors to a new channel. I think you definitely have a point. And I’ll take it on board with the next one 💪

@@Danvinci1 Just a heads up, slowing down so it's more clear will do a lot better on KZread. I've done tutorials on my main channel which have over 500K views, where I didn't even write out what I was going to do, literally my first tutorials ever, and they all did great. I'm just one minute into this video and I can tell you put a lot of effort and knowledge into this, don't let it go to waste by racing by everything! You've already hooked everyone in the beginning, so then after, bring it down so we can follow. Best of luck to you, subscribed.
Great content mate 🤓 Love you energy 🤙

Welcome 🙏 thank you so much really appreciate it!
Can you do a video on how you get your video moving all the time, like your desktop, you etc.. the movement is amazing from zoomin in slightly to yaw and pitching and like some anim movement.. what do you call this continuous movement in you video from you to the b-roll to the shared desktop etc..?
Well-made vid, good explaining, funny guy. Looks like you have the whole package to become successful👍

Can you use it with proxies enabled? I've been struggling with this tool a bit, been using the paint node mostly so far, but I just want to get it to work. I do have the Studio version.
Awesome! If you can do a tutorial on placing text -3D text behind you that would be great! 👍

The way you show common issues people will run into and solve them is the best! Like the render in place option. Learning things as I go at the right time!
Noice channel name. Your animated and fun to watch and well versed.
Is there any way to do this in the free version of davinci resolve?
Just so you know, you appeared on my homepage. Awesome video. I'm a big fan of the pace. However, I've made almost 100 videos on DaVinci (I'm nowhere near as advanced as you), so I was able to follow along. Define your audience and keep crushing it! 💪💪

Unsuccessfully tried your techniques with removing a moving black selfie stick. Object Removal effect reflects glaring light and distortions within my mask. I just want a snowy mask to hide the selfie stick. I am sure many skiers/snowboarders would love to see you accomplish this trick.
Great energy!!! Fast but not too fast to keep up. Great job brother
Can we remove text from any edit vedioa
cool tutorial
Let's make this channel the opposite of "disappear".

You need to makes lots of videos....and quickly! After watching your content, other Davinci content creators seem somewhat boring and slow lol. Glad your channel's blowing up.

This only works in the STUDIO version, you should make that clear in the title.

lol nice bro love u :* do you know meaby how to make Netflix logo in davinci? :)
Shadows are actually more pronounced on the surface when the actual object is closer to the surface. Hence it would be more appropriate if the dissolve on the shadow was at the start and not at the end. And it would automatically be completely covered when the text is on the surface. Your channel name is Brilliant, though.

Hi Dan. Could you slow down! I am a newbie and the only way to digest this is to go over and over. If you slow down and show what you are doing, I could get it faster and better. Maybe if you talk fast, people will go back over and over to understand, which helps your KZread logarithms. But for me, I'll be gone!
Thank you very much. But this is static text in gray background. How to replace text `Looney Tunes ` with `daVinci `in this video, sir kzread.info/dash/bejne/lG1olZZ7n6rRfrQ.html
While I understand the purpose of this, I don't see it having much practical use. If you can't move the image without a beginning to look ugly after you apply the effect then what's the point really? At that point just drag it into some photo editing software and do the exact same thing without all the extra steps AND still have the ability to move the photo even after it was edited.
A lot of steps illustrated in this tutorial. Too fast to learn them all in one viewing, at least at my current level of experience. Worth a closer look though. You likely have an idea of a viewer’s level in mind, and mine is lower. I’d benefit from a bit more elaboration after each step. If you would say why you just did something, it would help me while giving the old brain time to absorb what you did, before rushing onwards.
Very bad explanation you lost me at the beginning when you were already started with 2 nodes instead of one, then i wasn t able to add a third or fourth
omg stop this all effect and all shit around the tutorial..
Dan h.264 or h.265 ?
@Danvinci1

If I had to choose h.265 it’s newer and more efficient
I agree with @jameslang6767 relax, and dont do to many jumps, slow down, and cut many of the effects. You have a very god potential because you are god. I did slow down to 75% speed, still a little to hysteric. But as I said, you are god so I click the bell and subscribed.
