The reason I am sending you this important message is for your own well-being. When I was 18 years old, I tried to pray for the first time and felt completely abandoned and ignored. Since I learned how to pray effectively, I have been teaching many people to pray so they don't feel alone. Over the years, I have realized that one day everyone will die, either knowingly or suddenly. Before knowing God, I was a practicing satanist, I studied many books on paganism. I realized that this world has a lot of evidence of both good and evil. For example, in the United States there is Freemasonry. In Mexico there is witchcraft. In Venezuela there is Santeria. In Africa there is voodoo. I also learned that the reason people die every day is because sin catches up with them and eventually kills them, and is given the authority to take their soul to hell, which was created for Satan and all his angels, that it includes humanity, who ignored God's commandments. If you ever want to pray and not feel alone, you need to do some research. If you have Internet, go to Google and write Christian prayers, as well as the commandments of the New Testament. Learn to pray and try to serve God because by doing this, you will pray to God and he will listen to you and you will even feel different. Always end your prayer by saying, in the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. If you don't have Internet, go to your nearest Christian church and ask the pastor to teach you how to pray, and if you want him to pray for you. Remember, when you pray to God always ask God for forgiveness if you have sinned and end your prayer by saying, "In the name of Jesus I ask this Father.”

Ya, actually there is no milk its just yogurt and sugar. And if want it mango flavor the just add some fresh mango . Edit: and yes we dont blend it, its just beaten with a kind of spatula until it gives bubbles on the top. But if you want it mango flavored you can add mango puree.
