THE BEST MAKEUP TIP YOU WILL EVER LEARN!!!!
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
This technique will BLOW YOUR MIND! Never again will you struggle with eye makeup!
But don’t be fooled. You still need brushes to apply and blend makeup. And obviously mine are the best! With the right tools, techniques and tricks you can get perfect eye makeup. Link below for my brushes. NOTE: My brushes are 100% self funded. No business partner. No angel investor. Just me. Hand made in Japan by Artisans.
LINK bit.ly/2Ou1Nj0
This technique doesn’t work well with liquids (they are too wet) same for liquid concealers. This does work with mineral fountains (but not standard powder) but not to the same degree. Results can very. If you’re using a mineral or powder foundation all over its still recommenced to use a cream to blend the hard edge. Remember not to go lighter than your skin tone or the shadow can look ashy.
Applying mineral foundation to a blending brush works very well but doesn’t give the same ‘soft’ effect as a cream foundation on a sponge.
A beauty blender doesn’t work as well because the area is too big. The triangle edge is what blends.
Applying a cream foundation to a blending brush works but it’s very easy to ‘erase’ more than blend. It’s not recommend.
Use this technique to perfect and play. But remember that good blending and placement are still MAJOR when it comes to eyeshadow. It’s easy to save eyeshadow but not easy to save poor placement for your eye shape. Your eyes shape is VERY IMPORTANT. Placement is key.

Oh my glibness. Not joking at all but the bad shadow application is how my mom’s old hairstylist used to ALWAYS wear her eyeshadow except she only wore black eyeshadow. She was also one of our neighbors so I watched her apply her makeup several times as a little girl. She would apply a thick unnatural layer of Clinique foundation, powder then super red rouge in a thick punk like stripe on each cheek then the heavy black eyeshadow, peach or fushia lipstick and more mascara than Tammy Faye Bakker. She was like 5ft tall, super pale blonde who bleached her hair platinum and always had the most punky short haircut from the official Vidal Sassoon style book. On or off work she always wore all black clothes, her full face of makeup and 7 inch or higher stilettos or stiletto boots. She was probably in her 50s when I was kid and my mom used her salon. But she was my neighbor until she died. And at her funeral (breast cancer took her) the Mortician did super subtle lovely makeup on her. Her husband and sons freaked out cause she didn’t look like how she loved to look. They called my Mom and she went to the funeral parlor with her friend's entire makeup collection and sat and made the mortician fix her makeup to how she would have wanted it. Poor guy was terrified to apply that much black eyeshadow and the stripes of red rouge and not blend anything, so my Mom spent half her time correcting his makeup application and the rest of the time reassuring him that it was okay, this is how she really wore her makeup, this is what she loved and how her husband and sons and everyone remembers her. Even at Chemo she was stilettos and full heavy makeup. Now with makeup glitters if she was alive 90 or not she would probably be wearing the same style of makeup just adding a ton of black glitter shadow and oh glob highlighter everywhere. And yes Beauty Blender please just make the regular triangle sponges. Some of us grew up with those and like them for some things.

No Body I love this story! I love people like her that have their own style and give no fucks about what everyone else thinks or is doing! She sounds like a kick ass lady. (Wearing her “face” & 7” heals to chemo...heck yeah! You gotta do what you gotta do to make yourself feel better when you’re sick or have chronic illness. Trust me, I know) But that poor mortician! He was probably like 😳 My grandma used to be drop dead gorgeous. When she was 13 she got approached by a modeling agency but her mother wouldn’t let her because they would “have her modeling underwear or something” (her words lol and they actually wanted her for a lipstick add.) My whole life she always had platinum blond hair (which actually never turned grey, it just turned white so it kinda looked the same lol) and her makeup was always done and flawless. Even if she was “popping out for a pint of milk.” Years ago she had to be put in a home because she had a bunch of mini strokes and afterwards she kept falling so she couldn’t live alone anymore. And now she’s almost 90 in her wheelchair and idk if it’s because she can’t see that well anymore or that she doesn’t have much control, but every time I go see her she’s got cakey foundation, TONS of black eyeliner (never even), tons of mascara, bright pink cheeks and bright red lipstick that feathers around her mouth and gets on her teeth. I don’t have the heart to tell her how bad it looks and I feel like if she likes it, well she likes it, who am I to judge?

From one not-very-good-or-adventurous eyeshadow-er to another: What helped me an infinite amount was doing the tiny-tiniest amount of shadow at a time, and just going really slowly. And don't even bother with the 'wow super pigmented' shadows that youtubers love, they're way harder to work with

I do this with my blusher. Pop the blush on and then gently pop a sheer layer of creme foundation with my sponge over the top. Just kind of bounce the sponge over. It meshes the colour into the skin and looks like you're naturally blushed.

Right? Love it! 😊❤
You are a Makeup god. After watching this tutorial, I busted out my Norvina eyeshadow palette by ABH and followed your steps, and my eyes have never looked better. Applying eyeshadow finally makes sense to me. Thank you for your makeup wisdom.
Wow! just a couple of weeks ago, I intuitively started using this technique! Your video has added to my knowledge and convinced that I did everything right. amazing
For me, this will probably be how I fix an out of control, three alarm fire of a smokey eye. We've all gone too far with that look once or twice. This technique saves a lot of time over taking it all off and starting over.
Marvelous... Wayne... Love this technique... So easy and magical for people like me who can't do it right 😃
The eye look you did really opened up your eye, making it look bigger and your eye color brighter. Amazing. Great tip, as well. I agree with the other commenter that you should do a book of tips. I'm sure it'd sell out as quick as your brush sets. I'd definitely buy it.
WOWWEE. Wayne, awesome video. So when I do get heavy handed or just screw up I can fix it. It just takes patience and your priceless advice. I do realize when I am stressed I tend to make a mess. Thank you so much as always. I adore you lots Wayne.
This was absolutely amazing!! I love this and your enthusiasm in helping others be the best they can be.
Love you Wayne Goss you’re a bonafide legend...l buy one of your brushes every time I get paid they’re the best brushes I’ve ever had the pleasure to use....🇦🇺♥️💕 This is my eyeshadow look when I don’t wear glasses or use a magnifying mirror Seriously 😐 l mean the first eyeshadow look....More is More...
Love all your videos but I absolutely love this trick!! Thank you, so glad someone has figured out how to fix something crazy without having to start over!!
