mouth watering goodness, as you would say Tim, this one sure is... Always have a problem with buffet especially with sushi, never leave much room for meat, seafood and the rest of the other goodness... Got any idea how to attack and still room for desserts as you do !?? lol.

OMG wow! What an impressive selection for a brunch buffet! Massive seafood and a bagel TREE! Those deviled eggs and the caprese salad looked great too.

Wow the M Resort really knows how to keep a buffet looking pretty. It all looked cooked and / or presented very nicely. The nigiri looked like it was made using fresh fish too. Awesome video Tim!

They really did a good job! I actually asked the chef why they didn't make it larger, and one of the things they were concerned about was the quality of food and service if they had more diners

My one buffet pet peeve is when they don’t keep up with the presentation and it gets messy - you don’t find that with the higher end buffets usually (Wynn, Anthony’s, Bachanal, etc.)

It was quite an enjoyable buffet, and I would highly recommend if you’re in Vegas. Folks there are really good sports as well.😀

Such a great idea to add the béarnaise sauce to the salmon. The lobster tails looked tasty. We need to go back here if we can get a reservation.😁 Excellent review as always!

We stayed a Ball's twice so remember how great the Sterling Brunch was before it shut down. This Sunday brunch looks just as good if not better. Thanks for being able to show it and taking one for the team by trying a little of everything. I may have gone straight to the lobsters, crab and shrimp and followed up with the meat, but glad to see you tried different item.

The sterling brunch was quite memorable and I recall it took a long time to get reservations… was it easier to make reservations when staying at Bally’s? There is quite a wait for reservations at this place too😯🙂

Yummy! Great selection at Vegas buffet especially the AYCE lobster and dessert. Everything looks so good. Love your 120 second rule . . . I won't tell. Thanks for sharing.

@@TimLeeLetsGo It was well worth it. Look at those beautiful lobster tails, then the crab legs and the crab claws, and then Beef Wellington and prime rib and lamb and giant shrimps. All looked so delicious! 👍🏻👍🏻❤🇺🇸🙏🏻🌹

Tim, the lobster/crab omelet was a great idea. Also I love the idea of using a credit card concierge to line up a reservation and letting them find cancellations for you. I've probably seen this buffet reviewed about 6 or 7 times, and still looks yummier than the Bacchanal buffet for the quality of item (not just the variety).

Hey Tim - back in your natural environment, a lobster and prime rib buffet in Vegas. Love how you had too much lobster and crab so decided to have an omelet made. Nice technique for serving desserts so they still looked lovely. Hello from smokey Willamette Valley Oregon.

Dunking into the bisque is something I must try.

the sushi you didn't know looked like hamachi. Everything Edwin was carving up looked good and I guess it was, every thing you tried was better then the last...that looked like a lot of lobster but using some for the omelette was a great idea. I deffo would go for one or two of those pineapple desserts myself.

To be honest, I actually did make the trip to Vegas mainly for this buffet. It’s books so far in advance that once they had an opening/cancellation,, I had to book the flight. Luckily, it’s only about $100 to fly Vancouver to Vegas.😀

First of all, I can’t believe they didn’t have a legitimate creamer for your coffee! Instead they put it in abnormal cup? Balderdash! 😂 Second of all, my philosophy when it comes to buffets *(especially* when lobster is involved) is, always walk in with a strategy. Always be judicious, and never waste precious stomach space with things like casseroles, fruits, veggies, or anything healthy. 😂 The lobster and crab omelette was a fantastic idea, Tim! And of course, I love the fact that Béarnaise sauce was such a prominent theme here 😋

Yes it’s true. I tried to make a reservation 2 days ago and now the wait is 11 months! What!!!??? So I’m on the wait list and they gave me a reservation for July 2024. I made it for when they open. You can get in sooner if you go later in the day. But we don’t like to eat heavy too late in the day.

When the food jumps on your clothes- 😅 quickly wipe off the excess then rub an ice cube over the stain for several seconds. Then wipe again. The ice hardens the fibers so thr stain can't soak in - letting you wipe more of it away. Not perfect but I've had good luck with it! Love watching your vlog! ❤

Hi Tim, we went there last week to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was amazing. I agree it's the best quality buffet anywhere in the Vegas area. I do have a question though. When you walked up to the hostess stand , I didn't hear them ask if you had a reservation (which are completely booked through next April). Did you have one or were you lucky enough to just show up and they had a waitlist or something like that? I really would love to go back is why I'm asking. Great video.
