Today was the first leg day this week, so these are going straight onto my training plan for Friday 💪
1. Landmine front squat 2. Landmine RDL 3. Landmine cossack squat (think side lunges) 4. Landmine reverse lunge 5. Landmine sumo deadlift
Awesome exercises man, great vid.
Looks like you're making love to that equipment. Can't wait to try this
Thanks for the advice
Great!!! Thanks!! BTW. explanations were great
I'm going to do this today, so hyped for the burn
digging this leg session. good stuff
LOVE THIS!!
Great routine. was dripping with sweat after two exercises . Had trouble with the reverse lunge couldn't get the form right and only had energy for about 5 reps. I'll get it though. the bar is in the leg section of my gym and i could sense everyone checking out the routine. No one said anything but it was cool ! Thanks for the routine!
Absolutely love this...will get back after leg day...
Excellent video!
These are pretty good landmine exercises for legs, they are a departure from usual leg exercises that we do.iam certainly going to incorporate them in my LEG day.thanks
Great training!!!
It look so easy to do those exercises. I'm working on my lower body so thank you so much for your video. It's gonna help me a lot
Cool! Thanks!!
awsome workout 👌
Great video
Good work
Great job 👏
Awesome workout!
I love this. I'm definitely going to do this workout. I like how the exercises are full body, leg focused, but work absolutely everything. I also like how the movements are functional, athletic, and correlate with real world activities more than a standard back squat in my opinion.
Cool man. Subscriber now. Keep em coming!
Outstanding workout with landmine
This is great

OMG! Game changer. All the squat racks are usually occupied and I’m having to wait a long time to get my turn. No one ever uses the land mine. I’ll be owning it today. YAY me!!!❤️
Going to try this in 10 minutes!
This was so helpful. Thank you

I have a portable landmine (Aka T-Bar row platform) from Amazon. Phenomenal workout product. So far each vid tutorial for diverse workouts has been great. I'm learning and fast. Never knew you could basically do entire body from shoulder down.
Yoh!!! Tried this today and I must say I was sweating by the first set!! Did 3 sets with 10kgs, one set each exercise and with lunges I used the bar only. Took me 30 minutes and I was out! 👌🏽👌🏽 Leg workout
Good job, amazing workout

Great alternative legs workout! I like how it works many different muscles from different positions/angles. Additionally, done with lighter weights and more reps, it's a killer cardio workout.
I have to remind myself to explode coming up really makes a difference thanks for the video

Try a real T Bar and do sumo squats..and shoulder width squats.. U can load up alot of weight.. Use a V handle ...
Dear trainer I would like to know like a begginer what would be the first weigh to handle?.. How much rounds? And how often through the week to make this workout?
Look forward to trying this. I own Red, Green and Black. Where would this merge in best?

Raul Muñoz I don’t typically reccomend that lift for most individuals.
I dont go tot the gym, i bought a barbell and few weights and that is all you need. and I would recommend that to include this in your routine
@lots3799

You need one more thing. A landmine attachment you can buy on Amazon or eBay. You put it in two big plates like he did. Don't just prop the end up in a corner by itself. That's like jumping off the high dive, in a pool with 2 ft.of water.
I need solid legs and butt like yours so I’ll try this routine tonight!

Jay Reszy Get after it!
Isn't it funny how this is a more advanced workout that goes perfect for begginers as well?
So basically you do all exercises and that counts as 1 set right? No rest in between exercises? Should you go lightweight ? I just started squatting but I think this will help with overall strength. Thanks! You guys are the best.
For super busy people, landmine workout is the best at home. Just need a barbell and few plates for various weights and you are good to go.
So if your gym doesn’t have this then what would be the alternative?
❤️👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 thx

Wow! This is the best landmine video I've seen yet!! Finally someone who has the barbell inside a landmine attachment, and he put it in two large heavy plates so it dont move or slide while you are performing the exercises. Very smart! You won't wreck your floor or wall or yourself!! Good job!!!
I really love how you did 5 exercises. Maybe you could offer newbies how much weight to add since the bar itself is already heavy.
How many sets. Are 3 sets good.?
Great video again, thanks for uploading! I just started lifting myself and set a 2 year goal for 200 KG squat. 14 th November when I started I squatted 90 KG 3 x 5 Now i'm on 107,5 KG. 92,5 KG to go! Hopefully i'll be able to reach it :) Anyway thanks again for the content. I wish everyone a bulking Christmas and a gaining 2019

How many sets do you recommend?
How many rounds would you recommend? Can i do this routine for a while, instead of regular leg workout ( squats..)

Oliver Mey 3-4 rounds of 8-15
Very interesting, except that my gym doesn't HAVE a "landmine." Seems to me you can do just the same exercises with a dumbell - just make it lighter because of the lack of control.
Are 2 plates at the landmine base enough for heavy weights?
@MindPumpTV
5 жыл бұрын
That should be enough, but feel free to add more or less at your preference
I have a problem with endurance of bracing my stomach and I’m kinda too big to wear the weight belts that the gym has. Would this be better for me to do over traditional squats and lunges? If I do too much I really feel it in my back and out of breath and failing when I try to go heavy. I used to wrestle and it’s like everything else is still strong but I’m limited by my core.

Jarek Bannister - The Form Expert I don’t think it’s a long term replacement for those movements. But they would be a great regression/starting point if they are easier given the limitations you stated. No need for weight belts for bracing, they certainly help increase IAP (intra abdominal pressure) but one can stop brace and stabilize with the core without a belly. I wouldn’t advise training those movements to failure either. At least not often.
How would I make one of these

If we don’t have this apparatus but we have a free barbell , how do we get the same effect ?

Paula Almeida Rea Stephens jam that barbell in a corner.
Weight on heels lol should always be full 3pt contact pad when on the floor. Heels work better for atg leg pressing

Those socks and dad shoes are distracting. Other than that, this is an awesome workout.
Don't have that kind of equipment in my gym, not relevant anymore. Thanks though. 😅
this leg session sucked. (probably not doing it right)
This is basically variables of squat, deadlift, and lunges. Pointless lf you already doing compound movements

mady sarr to day this is pointless is to completely neglect the importance of multi-planar training and modifying variables of stability.
this guy makes me uncomfortable
