Thanks for the smiles, you two! I keep that small little $3.87 wood clip knife, in the #1 hole of my knife case. I use it as a reference knife : - ) I show it to other people first, when they want to look at some of my knife collection. I have to think, that the Kershaw Amplitude 3.25, Cryo, Link, Pico, Dividend, Leek knives. Have to be about the best they have to offer, in store. I have never seen a Cryo 2, or a RAT in store. The steel is especially poor, on the Grinder. But I do buy them from time to time, when they are on Sale. But only for the pocket clip. It has a great pocket-clip! Which I have put on about a dozen other Kershaw knives. That "6-pack" of knives. Have great pocket-clips on them too.

Frankie is smart lady. The Blur is one of my favorite folders. It just works every time and it is very comfortable.

Got my CRKT Fossil from Wal-Mart for $39,love it

Same here I’m on my second. My first one was lost. I think it fell off my pocket into a lake. Lol the great knife. The only issue I’ve had is that the pocket clip seems to be weak. I’ve had to re-bend mine multiple times.

Dividend, Tenacious, Rat 1, and the Link are probably the best ones in my book... But u just can't rule out that damn Tan Flipper! Awesome video guys! Merry Christmas!!!🎅🎄☃️

The delica is by far the best knife on that table. Best at the local Wal-Mart are the kershaw leek and blur in 14c28n, the link, divided, pico and cryo, the crkt m-16 and fossil. Best items in the knife case are actually a bunch of leatherman's, the wave, rebar, squirt and style. Yeah I go to that case every time I go there.

The Mora is gonna be one of the best knives in ANY pile...

Yeah, I don't know. Hard as it may be to believe, I very seldom look at the knives when I'm in Walmart. The one closest to me doesn't have a great selection, and the ammo is mostly limited to 12- and 20 gauge shells and 30-06.

I got the Cryo for my brother for Christmas this year. Wal-Mart is really the best place to get a solid knife locally. It’s pretty impressive actually.

My Wal-Mart has lots of Kershaw knives I just bought the filter from it

Pretty standard stuff at the walmart near me in Mass. CRKT,Kershaw,Sog,Gerber,Buck,a couple Spyderco's and a couple Ontarios.My favorite, the Rat 1.

Got my Minimalist from Lowe's a couple of years ago for about $22. Though for fun, you might want to check out the Mora KNOCK OFF in the Fishing Dept! I think it's cheaper than $3.87!

your walmart has much beter knives than mine in san diego and what do you think of the camillus brand theres a couple that look good to me like the horizon but i never owned one

My Walmart in in the Lehigh Valley PA sucks when it comes to knives. Had very little Christmas packs this year.

I like the Kershaw dividend as well Frankie.

Im a fan of the minimalist neck knife. Good knife for a walmart display.Well Worth its cost.

You can still get last years holiday pack on the Walmart website. It's called the kershaw tool kit

At mine it's either a blur with serrations or a tenacious are the best two available

The fossil ranges from 39 to 79, however the MSRP for some of them is $94. I'm pretty sure depends on the color. And if you do like the fossil but you think it's too thick you can remove the scales and it still looks pretty nice.

I’ve seen the spyderco Resilience at my Walmart

Most knives sold at Walmart are trash, but there sure are hidden gems to be found among trash if you're willing to put some effort finding them. The CRKT Fossil is one hidden gem. It's been my favorite EDC knife for 5 years and still is.

If I'm only picking one knife to take with me to live in the woods for a while and it has to come from Wal-Mart you gotta go with the BUCK 110. If you don't have 1.. It's a must for any knife collection.

unfortunately, we can't tell you anything about the Ace fixed but you can't go wrong with the Rat!

You guys 100% missed the ball. The best knives money can buy from Walmart are the Buck 110 folding hunter and Buck 119 special. BTW they are available at any Walmart in the US, unlike a whole helluva lot of these on your table.

Do you remember what you paid for the Ontario Rat 1? Is it AUS 8 steel?

Kershaw blur is my fav and on my Christmas list :) went to one of my local Walmart’s and they had a multi tool for 25$ went to another and they had it for 10$ haha keep up the great videos y’all are awesome

Been a knife guy for years, but I’m also broke, so I try to hold out on purchases until I catch them on sale. After hearing about the Rat 1 for years, I finally pulled the trigger on one at Wally World...couldn’t resist. I may have just gotten lucky, but it is put together better than some of my much more expensive knives. The materials are not high end by any means, but more than adequate for an edc blade. The only thing that might break is the tip if you wrench on it. It gets sharp as sin, doesn’t tear up your pocket, and the handle is super comfortable. It’s something you can actually do wood work with for extended periods, etc. I have an OD/Black Blur on the way that I scored off amazon for ~$30. I’m hoping that one is as good. I have broken a couple spring assist bars and had the track-tek stuff pop out on other kershaw’s, but they nothing a little glue won’t fix, and they’ll send you new springs for free. This did bias me towards manual action folders and simpler designs in general, though, but I still love kershaw. I want to pick up a Tenacious, some of my stores have the Resilience too, but I’m thinking maybe I should just splurge for a PM2 or a Shaman. Spyderco will always have my ❤️, but Ontario and whoever makes the knives in Taiwan impressed me. That Rat is centered and locks up like a bank vault. And that tan Ozark Trail flipper is actually pretty damn good for $4, considering the $1 alternatives they sell. I have one of those that is centered, locks up tight, stays closed and flies open. Came pretty damn sharp too.

I really wish that Kershaw still produced the "Piston". I love the one that I have, but when going back to get one for a gift for my son, found that they had been discontinued. Too bad for me.

im getting better at sharpening with the kme but my edges are no where near yours! i did just pick up a kangaroo strop and the 50 grit beast. hope to get there one day. gonna pick up the recurve sharpener so i can start using my zt 0350 hopefully next month or so when the funds free up a bit. i grabbed a preon, a mini mk II in copper, and the mk II turbo from the foursevens going out of business sale. pretty cool little lights. i have them all set to high only because i like simple. i picked up the hogue aluminum grips for my sig p226. debated heavy over the e2 grips or the hogue...we'll see. so yeah i gotta tap out for 2017 spending almost got a benchmade 940 and one of the boker kalash knives but i had to hold back...

when you get the recurve sharpener going, pay careful attention to how you sharpen the tip. Swipe "off" in a level fashion being careful not to apply pressure downward, falling off the tip.

The knife at 2:55 That onife just needs to be oiled, i reccomend a light oil like rem oil if you have it. It flips out so much better.

My favorite Walmart score is the Buck 632 fixed blade.

The best on the table for me is the Kershaw Link 1776, I have it and it’s just masculine and beastly!!

a few yes, one or two Mora's are beaters, an Ontario RTAK-II, Rat-1 and various other folders

I bought my CRKT Minimalist at my local Wal-Mart... I wish they sold Delicas or Knockouts or Dividends there! I always want to buy those but never get around to it, but if they were in Wal-Mart id definitely own all of them by now! The link is awesome too.

As long as Walmart and Amazon compete, there are good discounts, but the inventory control can be off. I had some in-store pickup items where Walmart cancelled the orders. Still, Walmart had a good sale on the Buck 110 that Amazon did not match. When Walmart had the CRKT Fossil at $27, Amazon had it for $27 and added a $5 discount coupon. I bought 2 and they arrived quickly. The best deals with Walmart are the ones you see in the store, as there is a chance the third party vendors will be out of stock before Walmart is updated. For Amazon, it is best when the product is in Amazon’s warehouse. Lately, there are some indications that Target will enter the competition too. Anyway, when I check Walmart, I check to see if they are bested by Amazon and I do the same for Amazon sales, though thet is where Walmart has come up with my order cancellations.

I had one of those blue assisted knives I threw it in a dump trailer after 3 weeks of use

At my walmart, CRKT and leathermans all day, I edc the leatherman PST and CRKT M16-o1s.

I really like my Hotwire! Prices on the Ozark Trail knives have gone up at our local Walmart. Some are $7.96....lol

I definitely bought my CRKT Minimalist Bowie and a SPEW at my Walmart.

Here in the U.K. We have Asda which is part of the Walmart family and the only knives they sell are kitchen and Stanley DIY knives 😔. Sooooo jealous 😉

I feel really stupid because I had a tan flipper and then I tryed to sharpen it then it broke so I threw it away

My Walmarts have spyderco pm2 and military, as well as cold steel recon 1, American lawman and holdout.

Just so everyone knows, Walmart has the spyderco tenacious on sale for $25 if you can find them. Just picked mine up yesterday.

I bet the best is a mtech or tac force. They are high end price though

I've only seen a Tenacious in a blister pack.. Not a fan of that knife.. I actually donated 2 to Jimislash PIF about a year ago.. I have the Steel Will D2 Cutjack (s), Tenet and Modus. They are good knives but the Delica is better.. I like my BM 940's etc but IMO the Delica is the perfect EDC..

I am a sucker for CRKT so the fossil has to be up there. And the minimalist. Being biased is ok sometimes! Lol

58 for a standard blur? I got a tiger (felix) striped blur for 50 bucks. Of those options my picks would be the delica, Rat 1 or dividend. Maybe the black tenacious if the have it. Mora, fossil and blur are great too, but I don’t have enough money for duplicates.

I'm totally underwhelmed by the Ontario Rat 1, It has a relatively lower end steel that rolls easy. If I could do it over, I would have passed it by.

at my Walmart (Galesburg Illinois) the best knife you can get imo is the Kershaw Blur (black tanto 14c28n)

Blur baby! 14C28N or BD1. The Knockout is a great knife. I’ve never seen it at Wallyworld though.

"That rubbery feel" is an elastomer! Used a lot on toothbrushes, in conjunction with polymers.

If I walked into either of our Wal-Marts and saw a Delica behind the counter I'd pass out from shock. 😂 Only Spydercos I've ever seen there are the Resilience and Tenacious (best available in store knife IMO).

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of tantos for cutting purposes either but sometimes I just feel like carrying one. Maybe the m16-21 SF would be better.

Ontario Rat 1 hands down. OKC R1 build quality seems more like a $75 to $100 knife. (And this is coming from a spyderco fan). Never seen a delica at Walmart btw, they are likely too expensive to sell.

Idk what Walmart you're shopping at but I haven't seen any Moraknivs, skylines, or delicas

Some Walmarts are bigger then others thus will have more on hand. The Walmart I have over here is a smaller one so our choices is more limited. I have never seen any Spyderco's here but we do have some Kershaws, SOG's, Buck, Gerber and some other cheaper brands. We don't have a Mora either here. We don't really even have much decent knife packs here for the holidays. Anyways good video.

Damn 27 for a critical fossil! Mine was 50 at the time! Let’s see... for the edcer dividend for 1st and tenacious for 2nd. For the average joe tan flipper or the kershaw pack from last year. For the camper mora 1st and minimalist 2nd. Btw... xl skyline came out. Chinese made and might still hate it, but maybe you should try it anyways? Would be an interesting watch...

I live in the hometown of Wal-Mart and there about a 1000 Wal-Mart's here (exadiration) maybe lol, but we're a metropolitan area with a bunch of towns around us and I have only seen half of those knives here in the case. I have seen a spyderco jojimbo 2 idk how it got in the case but it was there. Never seen any other spydies no dividen or knock out. Have seen all the $3.87 knives and gift packs. Seems like all other Wal-Mart's get better knives. We do have A.G. Russell Knives here. So that makes up for it. Lol. Great video btw.

Wal-Mart's down here in the South seem to have a way better selection of decent knives. I have three within a 40 minute drive ,the all carry kershaw, crkt, spyderco,camillus and much more even ka-bar at one of them. Btw love watching y'all older videos to see how times change lol

This is my guide of knives to avoid. id pick a Buck in 420HC with BOS heat treatment. otherwise from your collection id pick the Delica, Tenacious, Blur, Link or Dividend. if they had the Rat in D2 id go for that. other than that, id not buy any because i have far better knives.

I can find a delica or a skyline ever at my Wal-Mart. Only Spyderco is the tenacious.
