Hey Paul, Can we use Stock photos or artwork for notebook cover as I have subscription for one of royalty free stock photos website?
It seems like a double edged sword, we need good keywords, but the good keywords always have many results in both searches and products

Are you referring to the 7 keyword boxes. If so, then yes it is fine to do that.

I always add the copyright symbol next to my Publisher's name in every book that I create. The law states that simply having that is enough to create copyright claim.

I'm still new at all this. Six months in - and I'm in the red. I only sell books if I use Amazon ads - which has broke the bank. I'm somewhat frustrated. I've spent so much money on add-ons and websites, etc. It would be nice to get some organic sales. Sorry for the Debbie Downer comment, but I'm feeling stressed out and underpaid.

You’re not the only one. I’m also running at a loss. Amazon are the only winners here. We’re paying Amazon to bring customers TO Amazon to purchase our books that Amazon makes the most money from….

@@lindysrosa Not sure who you’re asking, but for myself I’m selling coloring books and have a handful of notebooks. I’m giving up on the plain notebooks, I believe, because I can sell personalized notebooks on Zazzle, and I have found that notebooks on Amazon sell really badly. A better option would be logbooks or such.

They access the data from Amazon via an API. All legal.
I've used publisher rocket for 5 books but with zero sales in 4 months so far.

If it's just basic fetures and don't want the extras of Helium 10 then I'd start with Publsiher Rocket.
