hello italiano - good to hear from you. i had a friend when i was a little girl and her dad was from italy. i loved her whole family and had dinner there alot. they always made wonderful italian dishes. i studied italian for awhile and went to italy in 1977, fell in love with all things italian then. how fortunate to be born in italy.

I’m Asian but I think it’s a privilege being born Italian. I think Toto, Italy’s greatest ambassador, has summarized Italy beautifully in the song “L’italiano”. I see so much charisma and Italianess in him and his songs. I love him 🥰 🥰 🥰 I’m learning Italian because I love the language, the culture. I hope to visit Bellissima Italy 🇮🇹 when the pandemic is over.

I have no trace of Italian in me, my mother is French and my grandpa is Irish but for some reason I love Italy so much. I have a fascination with art and architecture so obviously Italy is very appealing to me. I would DIE to study there. It’s the most beautiful in my opinion.

You can learn this beautiful language on your own...try Rosetta Stone, Duolingo, or other apps. Maybe even befriend an Italian person who can help you learn not only the words of the language, but also the culture and the FOOD!

I lived in a houseshare a few years ago with some Italian guys who just came into the UK, best year of my life. They were some of the coolest ppl i met, interesting culture and proper caring. We’d smoke weed and play call of duty and go on nights out and i managed to pick up alot Italian while being around them. Music brought us together alot as we’d chill and I remember this playlist when we was drunk once :)

This music comes from my home town Napoli …….my Nonno was in New York….always sang this song Americana …..me and mum live in Melbourne ……and are sitting by the fire having a glass of red Wine…..enjoying this beautiful music……missing my husband…..hope we can listen to this wonderful music for ever!!!!!!!!!

I live since 14 years in southeast Asia and have seen Italy last time 2007.I have friends here from Italy and my friends are not happy to time about Italy.
