The best injection-molded springer, now in a smaller package! | Worker Seagull blaster REVIEW
Ойын-сауық
Worker has had a crazy good last few years, with each bird-themed release getting better and better. The Worker Harrier is easily one of the most popular -- if not the most popular springer we sell right now, and the Seagull is simply a smaller, improved Harrier.
I have to say that Worker hit it out of the park with their CQB-friendly version of their best-in-class springer. Much like the seagulls in real life, I expect we'll see a lot of these blasters out in the field. French-fry-stealing capabilities are still to be determined, but let's check out the Worker Seagull!

Really excited about this one. It seems to "fix" all of the purely preference-based issues that kept me from picking up a Harrier, and as someone who lives on the coast, I find the name both funny and endearing lol
Looks like worker now makes the two best injection modeled, springer primarys. I hope that with the strife X coming out this fall, that organized events become more common.

Great review, guys! I like these colours more than the Harrier's!
God, I REALLY want one of these. I just wish they made a full-length-only version; while I love the look of half-length mags, my primary use case (messing around with my coworkers in our very cluttered office) means I have to use full-lengths if I ever want to find them after a battle.
Absolutely loving the designs from worker recently. VERY good looking with excellent colors! It's just a shame I'm no longer really into the hobby, but still cool seeing what companies come up with
I just love OOD, the quality of their products, and everything else he said! And most of it all at a good price! 14:15

HERE WE GO!
My trion just broke so this will be a nice replacement.
Any chance we can get the stock the Harrier has on the shop for this? It just keeps the aesthetic so much more cohesive!
I don't know why but I have had issues with the worker gen 3 darts in blasters like the Max Stryker and the Gameface Trion.
How does the form factor compare with the trion?
When will you guys get the 300mm spring and 450mm barrel for the harrier in stock
I would so love for Worker to make a hammer-prime revolver akin to Outlaw or Hammershot
Still baffled by the lack of jam door tbh…actually glad it doesn’t have slamfire if for no other reason than that sets it apart from the Unicorn and the Trion (which I would consider to be the other blasters in its class).
I like it
Looks awesome. I have two questions: Is there any chance these will come in orange? And does the Worker Angled Foregrip work on the blaster? It looks like it might be a little tight when priming. This might replace my Nexus Pro for our club games, which are 150fps cap.

hey sir, do you have any darts?
You mention a low power spring that gets the seagull below 140, can we get a link to that? Thanks!
The only thing I hate is that it shows a Bscar in the box and only gives the basic one. I wished they gave a Bscar as part of the pre-order. I can live without the iron sights. I'm replacing those iron sights with dots anyways.
Not including picatinny rails after preorders doesn't make any sense tho? Or am I confusing something?

PERRY THE CAT!
Just a slight suggestion, but if you are going to do a dart ranking list, i would highly suggest the RUUD darts(orange foam, grey tip). A lot rarer than the worker HEs but def worth a look. Rly nice and stiff foam (stiffer than the worker HEs by quite a but) and rly strong glue. Thanks to the stiffness it performs better than worker HEs in flywheels and more consistent in springers.

@outofdarts
8 ай бұрын
Most SCARs, PCARs, BCARs, or cosmetic barrel attachments designed to fit around a 16mm OD barrel should fit this blaster. However, some rifling attachments have a collet that make it more difficult to attach to the shortest (210mm) barrel.

What’s Harrier fps when you use the shortest Seagull barrel? Downtuning A Harrier to 150 fps would be great. You could sell the short barres on your shop.
@outofdarts
10 ай бұрын
The issue with the 210mm barrel is that it requires you to take the Harrier apart to install and uninstall it because it's too short to be accessible from the front of the blaster. Nevertheless, we will test that and other spring and barrel combos shortly.
What kind of plastic is it made of?
When you mention using the "OOD high powered spring" to get the Seagull into the 220 fps range, do you mean the OOD high powered harrier spring or the OOD high powered nexus/max stryker spring?
@outofdarts
10 ай бұрын
The OOD High-Power Spring for the Harrier is the one we used in testing. The Nexus springs are the right diameter, but are too short and get stuck in the rear of the blaster too easily; we would not recommend any of the nexus springs for the Seagull.

Even with an orange tip the white or khaki versions feel very unsafe to carry in any remotely public location in the US. The profile just screams real steel, even in the pastels, which are a bit muted. I do wish Worker (and other companies) would move a little further from that aesthetic that has become so trendy. Not exactly in the same class, but I'd prefer a more sci-fi-ish profile of something like the QWK Challenger Mk3. Or even their own Nightingale, a few more fanciful angles to break up that very military-of-the-moment outline. Transparent purple mags would help! Hint hint

The closet thing I have to the seagull is the Harrier and it’s quality is pretty good. I put an replica Eotech and magnifier, replica magpul Mbus sights, replica Steiner Dbal A2, Cloud defensive Rein 2.0 and Ferro sling and it still holds up well despite the extra mass.
