Shinjuku Tsubakian Daikanyama store
Shinjuku Tsubakian is a Taiyaki specialty store that opened in 2007 in Kabukicho. The Kabukicho store has moved to the Ikebukuro store, and the Daikanyama store has also opened. I am also very surprised at the thickness of "thick roast".
The outside is crispy and the inside is moist, and the fragrant and crispy thin roast uses different powders and is made from different doughs. The dough, which is a unique mixture of several types of flour, is exquisite.
