All rooms have AC. It's one of the newest premium hotels in Panglao.

It depends on the type of room and if the room is facing the Moadto mall or if it has the ocean view. It ranges from 4k up. The room in the vlog that has the ocean view is reasonably priced @ 10,400/night inclusive of breakfast buffet. Hope that helps. Thanks in advance for subscribing 🙏🏖🇵🇭

bohol beach club any day of the week we stayed here it was far smaller grounds than bbc over priced and far to far away from civilization.and beach was always full of sea weed.

BBC definitely has a better beach (Dumaluan) but customer service wise and value for money - Modala wins by a mile. BBC has been complacent that it forgot to keep up with the current demands of the hotel/resort industry. I guess you need to wait for Modala's expansion and Panglao Shores.
