We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

I made this yesterday though the sour cream parsley garlic sauce 2 days ago so it would marry. So important! Also brushed my French roll with garlic oil and butter and grilled it. Definitely a good idea. Also added sliced salad pickles to the dogs. Worked great with the sour cream. Wish I could post a pic I took. I bought a Krups and the Cuisinart fryer Sam has (Bed, Bath & Beyond). Krups is a little bigger which is nice but doesn't show current temp. Cuisinart shows current temp which I sort of like but prefer the bigger Krups for when I do fried chicken.

The hot-dog was plump from the water yet slightly crispy and delicious via the stove-top. Additionally, toasting the hot-dog bun added an additional layer of texture. I also put some cheese on top and used a blowtorch to melt it!! A+ recipe and cheap/easy to do :) Thanks!

You've honestly changed my life, Sam. I used to work as a sous chef and then head chef at what was considered to be the second most upscale restaurant in my city. I had ran the back of the house for a seafood market and restaurant before that. I know my way around food, and even when I stopped working at restaurants I still cook all the time at home for friends and family because I love it. But, do you know what I've never known about in all that time before watching your videos? A freaking garlic press. I always either smashed or shaved/diced my garlic with my knife, which is probably why I used to just keep a jar of pre-minced garlic in my fridge at home. Because garlic, as amazing as it is, is also a pain in the ass. I now own a zyliss garlic press, and I feel like it has changed my life. So, I wanted you to know that you've given me more than just hours of enjoyment watching your videos. You've given me the gift of a freaking garlic press. And, that is awesome.
