Did you know the Ugly truth - ANC municipalities DO NOT LIKE THESE RURAL BIG HOUSE DEVELOPMENTS BECAUSE THEY WANT RATES -:THEY FEEL THAT THEY ARE LOOSING MONEY - THEY VIEW THESE DEVELOPMENTS AS EFFLUENT BLACK RUNAWYS FROM SURBURBS .- Thats why they do not want to develop these areas.
