Hi tea. I never heard of heart of palm what is it? Where can I buy it. And is the cost expensive. Like crafmeat did you eat thecrafcake ?☺

It grows in hot humid areas like the Amazon and can be found in the grocery store for about $4 per can. It’s the core of a palm tree. Thank you…
