you know i always wondered why hamburgers were called hamburgers, because they are not made out of ham, apparently it comes from sailors who traveled between the cities of hamburg and new york and they had something called hamburg steaks made out of ground beef.

Most of this list is highly agreeable, however if I may voice one discrepancy, in regards to the trio Wendys, BK, and Mcdonalds, he compared McD's and Wendys cheaper, value burgers to BK's flagship Whopper. That doesn't seem like a fair comparison to rank the "cheap" quality burgers against another chains main heavy hitter that receives much more time, care, and creative effort put into it. It would have been a level field if he ranked those three by either the Mcdouble vs Wendys stackers vs BKs standard burgers, or all three's main menu items the Big Mac/Quarter pounders vs Wendys Dave Classics/Baconators vs the Whoppers/Bacon King variations. Would be interesting to see if his list would look different taking that into account. The rest seems pretty solid though, Five Guys is certainly the undisputed S tier don't @ me.

Be honest. I recently had a mcdouble and a double cheese burger from burgerking and wendys. And to be honest. 1. Burgerking (burger tasted good and ingredients fresh and added moistured) 2. Wendys (burger pretty close but burgerkings condiments taste better) 3. Mcdonalds.... this thing taste like plastic dry ass burger. Dont get started on their concentration camp pickles...

Shape430 true dude one of the BKs up in my town is one of the few places on my never go to list, dirty inside and everything I’ve ever ordered from it except the whopper is always something they’ve had sitting out long enough to no longer taste fresh when I get it. Removing the top bun off a chicken sandwich to reveal a disgusting, soggy, brown pile of lettuce stops me from touching anything else.

In California BK Whopper is on another level compared to cheap McDonald's. The tomato and mayo with pickles just make whopper the taste that much better or fresh. Where big Mac just taste bland with small diced salad all dry with no fresh Ingredients and meat taste plan like it's fake and it cost $5.30 where I can get 2 whoppers for 6$ in thier 2 for 6 deal and just add cheese. Wendy cheap stickers are pretty good never tried Dave's version bc they always promoting some weird burger at Wendy's like chicken maple syrup chicken sandwich

I ate at BK seven years ago in Florida and they had these chicken wings and holy f they were sooo good. Now I was in Germany eating the equivalent and it was horrible. I hate burger king nowadays and even got sick once from their disgusting chilli cheese fries I can't stress enough how bad it is. Maybe it's a regional thing but God damn it's horrendous

As an Australian, I only know of a few of these, America really does have a shit ton of fast food places.

Shake Shack is too good but a SuperStar burger from Hardeez always hits the spot, perfect balance of meat,tomato,lettuce, onion and sauce

I definitely agree with him on McDonald’s. The ones near me’s hamburgers have always been a little tasteless. The only thing I could taste on the Big Mac was lettuce and the sauce. I still go there sometimes for their chicken sandwiches when I don’t feel like driving several miles to the nearest Chick-Fil-A. I haven’t ordered a beef burger from there in in a decade or two. Also, the Baconator has too much cheese? What am I? Elderly? Also I think that White Castle frozen are better than they are fresh for some reason.

BK is complete ass. They used to be great, but have been on a decline since they got rid of the chicken fries.

Don't have Wendy's or any of the other ones in Poland(or at least nowhere near my location), so I guess this narrows it down to McDonalds and Burger King for me - which isn't even a contest(especially since the BK place closed down...). McD's got some REALLY good burgers down where I live. The only time McDonalds wasn't up to par was when I stopped at a highway one, which had a dozen or more pre-cooked ones because of how much traffic they get, so it was a bit dry.

Whataburger is a must for me any time I’m in Texas. Moms side of Family lives there and I was born there. Maybe this makes me biased but I love whataburger. The Culver’s where I live in Arizona has won tons of awards I guess and their burgers, sides and everything are amazing.

I want a tier list on ALL the wow dungeons (not just the classic ones he did)

Five guys is expensive, not here in Oregon it's not. It's like 10 or 11 for a Five guys burger, $3 if you want to be a another patty. The fries sort of vary on which size you get, but even if you get the fries they tend to put extra in the bag regardless of which size you get.

I haven't tried most of these restaurants because we only have Burger king and Mcdonald's in Sweden but I know one thing for sure. Shake shack is S tier! We have something in Sweden that is basically a copy of Shake shack that is called Surf shack and I love it. Probably the best burger place in Sweden but it doesn't even get close to Shake shack. The burger is so juicy and has such rich flavour and the cheese just melts in your mouth, the fries are almost perfect and the shakes are spectacular. I remember there was one with peanut butter and chocolate or something like that and it was the best milkshake I have ever had. They have quite a lot of different tastes aswell. I have been there like 3 times so basically every time I have been in the states and they have always met my expectations. Shake shack is GOAT:ed!

As a viewer from Germany I am jealous about this amount of burger restaurants. We just got Macdonalds and bk in general

Working at McDonald’s, the best burger is the quarter pounder, it’s always freshly made for you, definitely high C or low B with that burger, the other ones aren’t as good

we had Carl's junior once where i live in Canada. it opened up down town, then the city decided it needed a tram system. acess to Carls got so hard to navigate that nobody went. i don't think it was open more than a year before it had to shut down. now, the only other carls i know of in canada is on the other side of canada all together.

For the amount of meat and cheese you get the baconator is worth its price. You can even customize it with lettuce instead of the bun and add veggies to it to make it low carb high protein with some fiber from the veggies. Really not bad for a fast food burger in terms of nutrition

In Australia we only got Hungry Jacks (burger king) and Macca's And our Wendy's only does icecream and hotdogs lol

I genuinely agree with the BK decision, I just hate their service. I love BK, but they always mess it up

Best Burger chain in California is hands down Farmer Boys.

Five Guys is relatively inexpensive where i live- $7.50 for a triple cheeseburger when a double quarter pounder from mcd's is $7.19

If you dont order the Super Sonic Cheeseburger specifically then you get a flimsy pile of garbage but if you get the afforementioned burger its actually pretty damn good

Here in Brazil we only have mcdonald's and burguer king, seeing all these options made me sad.

I like getting 10 sauceless Double Hamburgers from McDonald's because for some reason they're only $1. I put their in the fridge, and I have food for 3 days during this apocalypse.

What's funny is that McDonald and Burger King in China are more "premium" than in the US. They are marketed here for the middle class but in the US it's like the kind of cheap junk food you can survive on if you are broke.

The mushroom Swiss burger from checkers to this day is the best food I've ever had and I wish desperately that there was a checkers near me.

havent even seen the video yet and can tell u THE BEST BURGER u can have is the selfmade one:) get some buns nice irish beef pattys, lettuce,onion and a sweet garlic sauce compared with an whisky flavored BBQ :P give all and nice roast season it with salt and pepper...dont forget the chedder cheese...let it melt...build it like: bun, lettuce, tomato, beef, onion bun...put on one side garlic the other BBQ...there u go a 20/10 delicious supreme burger :)

Burger King is delicious and was sad when they took the Sour Dough King off the menu. Controversy of rating comes with some people (wrongly) not liking the taste of it being 'flame grilled' or somewhat smokey. They overall try new things with burgers pretty damn well. Also, more often than not they are understaffed in a high volume area or just managed by crackheads more often than even McDonalds.

You go to Jack in the Box when you're stoned and need their tacos, which look like a baby crapped in a taco shell yet they're somehow tasty. Their burgers have never been that great, though the Sourdough Jack is passable.

The day I take Asmonds palate on anything seriously, hell will freeze over.

Do they have the Signature Collection at McDonalds US ? I must say these burgers are very tasty!

If the Sourdough Jack and Jack's Spicy Chicken count as burgers, JackintheBox deserves to be B tier.

Wendy’s is S tiger I agree with the guy on the stream about demographics because the Wendy’s down the street from my house makes a perfect baconator, meanwhile the next town over literally less than 10 minutes away that Wendy’s baconator is literal trash. It depends on where you go

When I was in the US last year, I had a decent meal at a decent quality steak house which only cost me about 25 bucks for the entire meal (appetizer, entrée, main course and desert). If you want to get the same staff in Auckland, that's at least $60+

I was about to comment the same thing. I live in Korea and sure Shake Shack and Burger King have better quality burgers but McDonalds is still a decent choice considering the price range. I lived in N.Carolina for a year and McDonalds there was a solid F tier.

As a UK mcdonalds fan. American maccys isn't too good, BUT you have the breakfast sausage down really well, it has the firmer fleshiness like a real sausage should have when compared to the UK equivalent.

You left out Braums and Steak & Shake...and Jack & The Box is a HARD F. My stomach never survived the knivings from eating their burgers. I live in Texas too. Oh, and if you want a true S+ tier hamburger go to Woody's in Mineral Wells.

Finally an S tier that doesn’t have in-n-out and instead has the superior five guys. In my personal tier list, Whataberger and Wendy’s would have been up their too.

Last time I had BK I bit into it and found half a glove. Called and they told me too bad. It was a blue glove that haunts my dreams.

In Germany, 1 burger, 1 milkshake and fries from fife Guys costs $22.5. With this money I could buy food (including meat) for 7 days.

Used to work at Wendy's, only fast food joint I know of where your meat comes directly off the grill to sandwich and not from a drawer. Always watch BK and McD pulling their shit from a drawer. Makes me wonder where the meat is cooked every time.
