In my place, we eat fried egg on rice with sweet soy sauce, it's really delicious on the rice.

@@Bento_Club yup, especially if the egg has a crispy side, yum. It's called Kecap Manis.

be careful using sesame oil for frying, it's meant as a finishing oil since it can turn bitter if it heats up too much

I don't need the butter on mine and when I put the soy sauce I pour like a lot even the rice gets it

I'm asian so I eat stuff like this all the time

For me, the egg, rice, and shoyu are enough.

I'm not an expert by any means, but it's just rice and egg with seasoning. Comparing that to like rice, broccoli and chicken, I'd say yes. But if you want to be sure if it would help you specifically, I believe you'd need your BMI and then calculate each ingredients' calories and that'd give you an idea. Please do correct me if I'm wrong here, as I don't wanna spread misinformation. Still relatively new to this as well.

Runny eggs taste so much better in my opinion. Also, eggs here in Japan can be eaten raw, so it’s safe. I appreciate the suggestion and will see what I can do 😄
