INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN WINGS)
2.2 lbs chicken wings
1 & 1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder (optional)
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
1 & 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 small beaten egg
1 & 1/2 tbsp flour
8 tbsp cornstarch
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Chicken liver omelet with mozzarella cheese)
1.3 lbs chicken liver
3 large eggs
1 stalk green onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper + 3/4 tsp paprika + 3/4 tsp oregano (optional but recommended)
1 large chayote, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste

@@kusinanilola5081 instead of the part of the wing that is attached to the shoulder of your chicken, it's the middle part with the 2 bones that's the "flat".. then you have the "finger" that no one eats.... I love the flats when they're really FAT .... and they are so yummy. and thank you for the recipes.
