Hey John I’ve been using your screening the last two years and it’s amazing! My soil is not the greatest but my screening is a healthy dark green and at least 12 feet tall. I will by buying more in the spring. Thanks!

I bought 2 bags around Christmas time. I'm really looking forward to it. I have a field that has a main road adjacent to it but the road is about 5 feet higher than the field. I plan to test 2 different strips to see how much of the field I'll lose to ensure the field is properly walled off. It's part of a flood plain with awesome soil and doesn't stay flooded for more than a few hours only in the largest of large floods. Our native grasses and weeds regularly get to 6 to 7 feet. There a small stand of lake sedge that is also in this field. I'd be shocked if we don't end up at 12'. (NE Pa)

John, I would like to use this screening on end of power line rt away to black view from road. Deer bed on property on other side of road and come across to my property to get to my food plots and ag field. At 8 ft wide will they walk through it or change there travel patterns? It would run in between heavy stand of grey dog wood on each end of screen.

I am looking to use RC big rock where my hd screen is this year. What is the best way to go about this since it will be tough to frost seed into it? Can I till it next spring and seed. Use simazine just like the hd screening instructions?

John, How do you think this will hold up in south Central Alabama; especially with the high winds that we get from strong late summer storms and sometimes HURRICANES? I ask this because I have tried some other screening products that have all done well until just before deer season starts and then the screens get blown over into a 2 to 4 foot tall tangled mess. We get winds from 50 to 80 mph.

Wow Ya One of our customers had a recorded upper 70s wind and it got beat up pretty bad. Not much will withstand that except lower growing spruce or cedars I would think. I’ve seen it take a 60 mph wind and still stand for the most part.

Just FYI, spruce don’t grow in the south and only eastern cedar will grow somewhat down south but it doesn’t make for good screen as the lower branches aren’t there. Not everything that works up north works down south. Seems to be a repeating theme with most deer related videos out there.
