I have to try this. It's a lot of fun to build my own effect pedal and have it on the pedalboard. Great video as always!

These style projects are a lot of fun & can be a real eyeopener if you feel you're sort of stuck on the sound of your amp/guitar combination! I'd probably put this on a small PCB, and build it into a guitar that's already got active pickups - it'll run on the same 9V block 😜 Just add a mini toggle switch to bypass it & to disconnect the battery, otherwise it'll just drain that battery dry 🤣👍

@Arwndr Right just two jacks, a couple of pots not hooked to nothing and a battery that makes a light go off and don't do anything. Lol, I don't use pedals. Not that they couldn't add to what I do but, I am lazy. Plus people keep hiring me when I am not booked in my power trio.😀

Remember to use a true bypass switch for that! Gotta be able to take something like that entirely out of the path when you turn it off.

hi. this is a nice effect. i have an odd question... any way to build this as built into the guitar and use the revstar technique of stealing juice from the instrument power cable ? i am not an electronics person. i am barely a guitar player. but i am nearly competent as a DIY guitar builder. thanks, steve
