Learn how to make the most chewy, crispy and soft eggless chocolate chip cookies!
Flour/ Maida - 1 Cup/ 180g
Butter - 6 Tbsps/ 90g
Oil - 1 Tbsp/ 15ml
Malai Paneer - 1/4th Cup/ 60g
Castor Sugar - 1/4th Cup/ 60g
Brown Sugar - 2 Tbsps/ 30g
Vanilla Essence - 1/4th Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - A Pinch
Chocolate - 1 Cup/ 110g
Extra Chocolate for Topping (Optional) - 1/4th Cup/ 25g
Sea Salt - Garnish
Process :
* Start by combining softened butter, oil & malai paneer together
* Once combined, add in the vanilla essence, castor sugar & brown sugar
* With the help of an electric whisk, cream the butter & sugar until light & fluffy
* Next, add in the flour, a pinch of salt & baking soda - roughly combine it with the wet, creamed mixture using a spoon or a spatula
* Add in the chopped chocolate/ chocolate chips to the dough & mix until combined
* Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven @180 C
* Line a baking tray with parchment paper & scoop out equal sized dough balls on the tray
* Flatten them out with the back of a flat glass or a bowl & top it up with some more chocolate chips - Freeze the cookies for atleast 15 mins
* Bake the cookies in a pre-heated oven for 12-15 mins
* Once they are out of the oven, shape them using a circular cookie cutter as shown in the video & top them up with a pinch of sea salt
* Serve & Enjoy 🍪🍫
