Just discovered your channel, you deserve a lot more subscribers. In addition to Inception, there's a reference to LOST in the first level. After the first cheese ramp, there's a corridor turning to the left. At the angle is a window with a bunch of digital clocks showing 12:05 AM. A few of them are different, and show 00:04, 00:08, 00:15, 00:16, 00:23 and 00:42, forming the well-known suit 4 8 15 16 23 42. You have to jump to see the 4 and 16 ones since they are a bit hidden.

one i also really enjoy is a silent hill reference, which you can find at the end of blackout by turning around and going backwards

latest update for the steam version: during the horror part, after turning on the generator, turn around and follow the chess piece for the hidden "dog ending"
