Uses .5 and made scalp very red and warm. If anything 1 size up wouldn't hurt. Might butly the stanp. Only 15 dollars and is adjustable.

1.5 mm seems to have come out on top time and time again it seems. I also prefer that needle depth like yourself Al. I personally use a derma stamp and have tried 0.6 and 1 mm but I can't feel it enough and I think it's good to actually feel it, if that makes sense.

@@gzoro8645 Hey, I try to go over at least 4 times in a criss cross pattern as advised, to cause slight erythema "redness" to the skin. I had been going in with my Min+Fin spray right afterwards but now I tend to wait an hour or so these days. The irritation wasn't my concern from the alcohol is what the palpitations from Min which I did experience. So now I use it cautiously. Re my results have been in my opinion pretty impressive.. I need to muster up the courage and do a video here.

.75mm is fine depending how thin or thick your skin is. I do have thin skin so going to 1.0 is where I see bleeding but others might have thicker skin on top of the scalp. I never seen a .60mm before only .5mm and .75mm . Hope that helps.

Point is that you should get thicker “skin” after a while after getting good blood flow back to the scalp making your scalp tiny bit “bouncy” when you press your finger on your scalp

What I did was I got a buzz cut and used 0.5 mm twice a week for the first 3 months until my hair was a certain length and then I switched to 1mm, using it once a week which worked perfectly with my longer hair length. Once my hair was too long, I opted for 1.5mm dermaroller that I used every 10 days. I also consumed finesteride tablets along with dermarolling and minoxidil for best results. Staying consistent is the key though.

I think the needle length depends on the sensitivity and thickness of individual skin. I’ve started using a derma stamp, for hair loss, with 140 needles at .5 which I think is a safe place to start for beginners. I am still looking for a derma stamp with more needles.

Scalp massages have some benefits to regrow hair. But you need to do it for 10-20 min daily. And you shouldn't expect a ton of new hair growth. I think there are better ways to regrow hair.

I use Min topically 5%, just once a day. The derma pen is certainly great to enhance results. Otherwise, look into Minoxidil in combination with Tretinoin for also better results

Yes, you absolutely can expect same or even better results. Search KZread for the success stories. Don't let people fool you. Minoxidil has been touted as the "best" because there is an aggressive marketing campaign behind it. What people don't really pay attention to is how many people get the severe side effects like impotency, heart palpitations and pain, dizziness, change of mood, any possibly death by contribution. Nature always does it better than synthetic chemicals. I regrew my hair by doing the following: Taking a DHT blocker like Saw Palmetto, eating plenty of red meat (Zinc, selenium), using a shower head filter, less stress, more sunlight (Vit D), rosemary oil and amla powder. Don't use Minoxidil...regrowing your hair is not worth the catastrophic side effects to your human body.

It's mostly a price difference. The stamp is a bit better, but pricier. However, if you can afford something better, go for the derma pen. That's the best option of the 3.

Something about right process the movement of Darma Roller in Scalp

I have recently saw side effects of using minoxidil and derma roller from past 2 weeks...using minoxidil and derma roller definitely shows insane results but it should be used very carefully, i have decided stop using minoxidil and derma roller temporarily. I also had itchiness. I think it's because of the initial shedding phase cause by Minoxidil. Since some hairs will first fall out before regrowing, it causes an itching sensation. Now it doesn't itch anymore, but I used Ketoconazole shampoo at the time for the itching, which helped.

Yes, just make sure you clean it with isopropyl alcohol every time after you've used it. You're probably better off using one 1.5mm for hair and another 0.5 - 0.75mm for face as you don't need to go as deep for the face.

Not really. When you lose a lot of weight, though, you can experience a hair shedding. But that should be temporary. The underlying cause of hair loss for androgenic alopecia (genetic hair loss) will still be the hormone DHT.

yes, definitely. You need stimulators, such as Minoxidil. In combination with a Dermaroller will be faster. But consider a DHT blocker, such as Finasteride, if you aren't already on one

How long have you been using it? Sometimes, the irritation only occurs at the beginning, and later the skin gets used to it. That happened to me. Otherewise, there are some Minoxidil without Propylen Glycol. That's the component that gives people irritation. Or, of course, oral Minoxidil. But I would strongly discourage that. hi, you should talk to your doctor for two reasons. 1. he will tell you the type of hair loss you have and 2. walk you through Finasteride. If you have adrogenic hair loss (genetic) you should use Finasteride, otherwise the hair will continue to fall

I do it immediately after. It's all how your body react to it. Same thing with the frequency of dermarolling and depth of your needles. I WISH I could show you my growth the last 30 days. Some of the things people said not to do, I did and got unbelievable results. Some of the things people said not to get your hopes up, that it isn't a miracle worker so you won't be able to grow a hairline, and I did. They said it takes 2 months for any results. I had growth in the first week. I have hereditary baldness. My "hairline" if you can even call it that has looked exactly like front of his hair on the left in thumbnail picture since birth. My temples have been thin everyone thought I had a mowhawk but I just couldn't grow hair. But I am now, and it feels absolutely unreal!!

I sure did. Anything under .30mm you can derma every day. I believe its good to start small in needle size and build your way up...I also think that it depends on how bald you are. If you actually have hair and just want more thickness, you do not need to derma as frequently, and I dont think you’ll need to go beyond 1.00mm I started my growth journey 40 days ago, & it's like just grows over night.. I have had to hide my hairline my entire life. My best friends, exs, and some family have no clue what my natural hairline looked like. But in the past 2 weeks, I haven't had to use any enhancements to create a hairline, or fill in any spots!! You can't see my scalp at all, like no shinny spots anywhere. My hairline is filled evenly straight across my forehead. Where the peak of my hairline started before, it grew the length of the tip of my finger forward (toward my forehead). I had large scars on my temples from getting stress bumps as a kid, I would scratch them until they bled. So, I had half dollar sized bald spots. I thought that for sure, my hair follicles were beyond repair. But hair is even growing out of the scars. I can't say my method will work for everyone, and it'll be a super long comment, but I'll explain my routine, and list all products I have used. You definitely need to figure out what works for you though. But if anything I do/say can help someone elses growth, it'll be worth writing it out. Lol PRODUCTS USED .25mm .50mm 1.00mm dermaroller with individual needles. **Kirkland 5% Minoxidil **Mielle rosemary mint growth oil (every 2 days) **Hairgrowthco 10-in-1 growth oil (every day) **Mielles rosemary mint leave-in conditioner, with Cantu Grow strong strengthening treatment (2x/week) **Cantu Clensing Cream shampoo & Cantu Hydrading cream conditioner (1x/week) **Biotin tablet 10,000mcg 1x/daily **Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails Vitamin Gummies with Biotin 1x/daily Morning & Night routine (Day 1-10) 1. Use dermaroller for 10-15 (until scalp slightly red but not bleeding) 2. Apply minoxidil directly on scalp, and rub gently until there is no longer liquid 3. 0.25mg kann genug sein. Aber um das zu wissen musst du selber ausprobieren

@@algarrido aber zum haarausfall stoppen oder lieber 0.5? Was würdest du empfehlen habe noch gutes haar aber langsam merke ich fallen aus und geheimecken kommen will aber das Risiko Nebenwirkungen so gering halten wies geht

Wenn du wirklich am Anfang des Haarausfalls stehst, dann kann ich mir gut vorstellen, dass 0,25 g den Haarausfall stoppen können. Ich würde es in deiner Stelle ausprobieren und mit einem Dermatologen evaluieren.

schau Mal ob du später weiter Haarausfall hast. wenn ja, kannst du auf 0.5 wechseln

0.5 is bad since you dont fully insert it in your head 1.5 is too large can damage your hair follice so best option is 0.75 / 1

I used 1cm derma roller. My brain sent impulse to my hands and threw it away and said I'll grow it for you mate.

Fuck sake I just wasted money I have 0.25mm I'm actually pissed I'm still using it ngl

Yes, you can do that. And with Minoxidil in combination, you should expect even better results. Is it difficult to find in Iraq?
