There is a trick of finding your Dead Zone just edit until your edit is good and remember changing the Dead Zone changes the thumbs positioning meaning you have to move the thumb stick much harder to in order to move... high Dead Zone allows you to use the high sens with no problems the only down side is shooting long range is a little difficult.

5 / 5 is best. You get used to the slight drift. My controller is multi years old it’s not bad at 5/5. Best testing is to play someone right at your level then try changing things around. When I put mine higher the same dude was faster. Micro but it matters

Can you make 0 deadzone for the right stick? It's embarrassing not to have an option to make 0 deadzone in modern shooter. I just can't aim in fortnite perfectly the way i do in apex
