More wingman maps in next update VALVE

Vertigo gets a lot of bad press, yet there are always great highlights and strategies with each team. I love that map along with new changes. I was surprised to see yet more A sight modification. The B site always feels stale to me.

Tbh the new update at least allows for even faster rotation. Depending on your position you can throw support util in like 4 seconds which is insane

​@@SamuraiDeekeliges spraydown on A site, I believe it was in Kato this year. Also Shiro 1v3 on B site and maden baiting his teammates to win a 1v4. But besides that you got the infamous runboost, the iconic Astralis Vertigo Pick in the Berlin Major against Liquid and recently the Faze Pick again Spirit to beat them in the Copenhagen major. Also a bunch of iconic boosts, including the Furia boost onto yellow

Vertigo has been the worst map in the pool for a looooong time. I think the Heroic twitter post was onto something in this video. Maybe these changes will improve the map though, who knows?

@@Astrobay13 I mean those are solid clutches, but off the top of my head, I don't really remember them. For other maps, I think I can mmediately name several insane 1v5 plays. Doesn't necessarily mean that's because of the layout of the map, but statistically, it's one of the least played maps, so of course, less potential for plays and that's because pros don't like the map. Also, I don't think that a surprise map pick being a highlight is actually a good thing, lol.

I like the vertigo changes. I feel less claustrophobic on A as a CT, and as a T there are way more options to use when clutching. I wish B got more love, because the single entry on the stairs is kind of boring.

New vertigo changes actually make me interested in playing the map again. Idk how good the changes are yet, but on surface level it seems the changes add quite a bit of complexity into the game, as you showed that one strat of going from A to mid/b and also the side rafters at A are so much fun to lurk around and catch CT's off guard since people are not yet so adjusted to that change.

Speaking of which, can I pick your brain and ask what further changes you would make to the economy so that the CTs don't have to clench their butts every time they buy? I don't really play vertigo but with this new change I might give it a shot. Also, btw, what Linux distro do you use? :D

i honestly think they shouldntve changed the incendiary spread at the same time. think it was a random nerf but we will have to see. I think they did a good start for the CT economy. Now if the Ts want to force galils, they have to do no head armor without kills so will make SMGs better vs that and famas

Previous vertigo seemed solved, new changes add more movement to it which is nice. The side rafter seems a little off still, to easy too rat there.

Feels like the lower flames will make the molly/smoke edging even stronger. Twistzz buff haha

I liked vertigo before and hated when they changed it but then after a break it was my favorite map. I was beast entry b or fake cuz I got kill/kills and always caching players trying to flank ramp. I also play b rotator as I like to call but now I hate going a becouse they run up short and on your side and you cant hold as close to site safe anymore. Its dangerous atleast and I need a ton of practice to Get the timings right. Please remove the Hole in elevators and I would love to play again. Its not pretty atm. But I like the extra space on the side and I think they can keep that and open the door again.

I really don't like the change to the incendiary. I feel like having them be different is a hige mistake and is just gonna bring inconsistency to the game

I had a question. As somebody who uses the wooting 60 he with rapid trigger, how big of an advantage do you think you have compared to another player? You are the only pro I know who uses the wooting 60he, zywoo formerly used it before switching to a mechanical one. Also side question has your teammates ever used rapid trigger and have they thought of switching to the wooting?

Twistzz uses it aswell, I have one aswell. Biggest advantage is it makes everything feel more responsive and thus easier to master the movement imo

100% its a big help but its hard to quantify exactly how much. any keyboard with rapid trigger will do but I would say (arbitrarily) 5-10% better movement since we have faster counter strafes exactly when we want it

T side mollies are back to being stronger than the CT ones. Just like the old days, ogs know what I mean.

Fits with game logic. Most T Guns are cheaper and better than their CT counterparts, Like AK, SG, GALIL, TEC9. Now add Molly to the list..

@@ChrisBrown-ir6sf I'm ngl I think the 5-7 is an outlier because of how broken it is. CZ gets nerfed constantly yet the 5-7 avoids any nerfs even though it's such a low skill gun.

@@ChrisBrown-ir6sf The problem with the 5-7 is that it can one tap helmets and it's broken to have on CT side for such a low skill weapon. Losing to Deagles is way less frustrating than 5-7s.

@@jR0xas Te9 can 1 tap helmet too, and its equally frustrating when the CT economy is so harder and you die to a tec9 rusher in a full buy. and I agree both guns takes no skills and highly noob friendly

I kinda like new vertigo, it looks much more refreshing and might be interesting right now.

I honestly think the m4a4 should be 2900$, have ~0.96-0.97 range dropoff, but maintain the 666 fire rate. The m4a1-s should be 3100$, have ~0.98-0.99 dropoff, and keep the 600rpm but have 30/60 ammo. The m4a1 would still be used alot for the lower recoil, better range, no radar signal and with 30 rounds per mag would be very attractive, while the m4a4 would be cheaper more straight forward approach for shorter range engagements like entries into retakes. Why Valve wants the prices reversed and still gimps the a1 to 20 rounds will never make sense to me.

When I first saw the new update I thought it was a joke but then I went on steam and saw this whole update was real 🤣
