This is the best roasted potatoes I have ever done. Now that I got myself an air fryer toaster oven.👍 Cut up the potatoes in quarters. Drizzle evoo in the cut up potatoes in a bowl, add in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and parsley flakes. Then mix. Layer the potatoes on parchment paper, air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Keep turning them every 5 minutes till golden brown. You're welcome and enjoy! 😋

I'm sorry if I missed something but you said 400 degrees for 5 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Do you see my problem there?

I LOVE all types of potatoes, but I never made "roasted potatoes" before. I didn't make them exactly like this, but this was the inspiration for what I did do. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Looks delicious. I'll have to try it this way. I made potatoes in my electric skillet that turned out great, but I think if I had melted the butter and mixed the seasoning with it my potatoes would have been even better. I like the idea of roasting them in the oven so you don't have to baby sit them like the electric skillet. I also enjoy sweet potatoes this way as well.

Nice recipe thanks for sharing, FYI I know I sound like an amateur but don't forget to have the oven on grill mode not airfan! I had it airfan for some reason and did not come out crispy :(

Yes, thyme is fresh herb but the one is used is dried. Its a perfect herb for Seasoning
