Born in PG County … This isn’t even remotely close to a homey, crisp, real Maryland Crab cake 😭 I been searching & searching for a recipe like I grew up with. Once we moved to FL. My mom would just tell me what to do lol. &&& she would call my MeMa to remember the 1 or 2 things she always forgot 😂. But we were always poor so it was so rare that we would get to make them for our fam of 9. I can still remember the smell & taste though.

A great Crab Cake doesn’t need Tartar sauce. I make mine just like you! Good Cole Slaw… a yes! No Old Bay either… I’m from Maryland! 😂
