Breakfast Sandwich (Egg McMuffin):
-1 Sourdough Ciabatta bun
-16oz spicy Italian sausage (loose)
-4 slices of American cheese
-1 egg
-Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Lunch Sandwich (BLTA or BLT):
-1 Sourdough Ciabatta bun
-8 slices of bacon
-1 heirloom tomato
-1/2 avocado
-1/2 lemon
-Iceberg lettuce
-Mayonnaise

Dinner Sandwich (Italian Sandwich)
-4oz provolone (deli sliced)
