What’s the best channel manager for Airbnb?
Channel management software, sometimes called property management software, saves SO much time and effort.
In today’s video, I share with you my opinion on when you need to consider starting up with this software. Is it necessary right away, or is using Airbnb only okay? What about if I add Vrbo?
And if you think they seem expensive, think again.
You pay for everything in time or money, and the amount of time this software saves is WELL worth it.
I walk through all the different areas behind-the-scenes of my own CMS. I share the features, what I like and don’t like, and what you need to look for when hunting for your own.

nice! With ownerez we couldn't manage more than 1 airbnb account easily. It was a messaging nightmare, and more.
Does Hostaway have a feature for multiple debit cards where PM can get paid their percentage payout as well as the owner gets his payout Automatically? Like is there a filter or anything to set percentage to go to a specific card?

Not to my knowledge - you’d likely just want the funds to go to the PM and then have the PM pay out to the owner
What is Hostway's pricing structure? Do they charge a monthly fee based on the number of properties being managed?

use price labs which will most likely increase your revenue, it also shows guests that they have no guest fee to pay

If you look at the cost of acquiring a guest 15% is not bad. Attracting guests on your own will also cost you and if you are not skilled in marketing it may cost just as much or more.
What do you use for sharing the calendar with cleaners??

Too bad they only cater for people with a lot of properties...I have 3 properties but was declined on the website.... This gives the platform a greedy look to only cater for big companies.

Hostaway is not the cheapest option. I have 1 property, and i was able to speak to sales. Hostaway was rather cost prohibitive and a bit too robust for someone with only a few properties like us, which is why getting to them is a bit harder. It sounds like 5+ units is their most common, and when it really makes most sense. If you are willing to pay for their software with only 3 units, im sure they will take your money.
