That is the correct link. That link is for the exact light I show in this video. The junction box you’re referring to also has the driver inside it which I show in this video. Sorry for any misunderstand there may be. Thank you for watching
why are these better than can? I am gutting my house and I need help in choosing recessed lighting. Are the cans that you nail to studs not good anymore? Thank you.

I find these much easier to use, replace, and more inexpensive. I really like these lights I’ve used them all through my house.
There is a better term: color temperature. 😊
