Man, it looks good on you! Definitely my favorite of your jackets.. I really like the subtle angle of the chest pockets. I’ve always been partial to Aero’s J100 board racer for this style, but I imagine that this back design could really add some ease of mobility over the J100. The half belt really brings an extra element of class as well. Good purchase!

Thanks man! Yeah it really is a comfortable style due to the action back. Between the half belt and the really neat stitching it does have a classy / rock n roll vibe for a biker style

I would really like to see the a-2 horsehide leather jacket in your collection. I'm looking forward to reviewing this iconic jacket.

Yeah it does feel someone like a missing piece. One of the most popular styles and I haven’t tried one yet. Will have to remedy that!

It really is. I know black is popular for leather jackets for good reason, but other colors can really knock it out the park too

Your video is very good, and professional. Maybe some men can wear that jacket and look good but for many others, they look silly

Good vid. Nice looking jacket. Have you recorded a vid on squeaky leather jackets? I bought a 70's cafe leather jacket by Park. While the leather is thick and fairly well made it squeaks. Any recommendation on how to get the squeaking out?

@@swordfish1120 often a clean and condition can help a lot. Make sure to get under the armpits since a lot of the rubbing happens there

Thanks David! I haven’t had that model myself but it looks a lot like the 370 Duke but in a different leather. I really like the 370 even if I decided it wasn’t my style after having it a few years

@@DudsByDelI also have a RC Hercules and the leather just hits that perfect spot of thickness and heft. Feels substantial, yet flexible. Your Country Speedster looks great in the brown color. That is quite a find. Well done!

Badass jacket! I almost bought it when I visited Barnstormer in Japan, but couldn't get over the double front pockets. It just feels a little off and stands out too much. Is the leather the same as the Hercules?

Seems to be same or very similar hide to the Hercules. Double front zip is pretty standard across a lot of cafe racer / J100 derivatives. I wear biker styles often so I’ve gotten used to it

I think you could buy a Pretty nice car with all the money you’ve spent on leather jackets, lm also a collector with 25+ motorcycle and aviator jackets bought second hand over 40 years. I wish I could spend $ 2000 on one jacket but l also like cars so … oh and I also like to eat 😀

Hah. Almost all my jackets are bought used. And I sell what I don’t wear. So it’s not as expensive or as many jackets in my closet as you may think. This jacket was actually a combo- I bought it used from a friend, and part of the cost was covered by a jacket I traded to him!
