The Best Built Gangster Ever

Спорт

Craig Monson was an infamous gangster in the 1960's and 70's but would become one of the biggest mass monsters of the early 80's at 310lbs with 23 1/4 inch arms.

This guy was legit. He had gang ties because he came up in LA but I think he denounced gang violence and wanted kids to get in the weight room.

Back then gangsters still fought like men so it was advantageous to them to lift weights and get big and strong. Nowadays they only need to work out their trigger finger.

I trained at the same gym in Hollywood as Big Craig for years, and knew him pretty well. He’s the nicest guy you could hope to meet in the gym, and a true monster, even in his older age. His hands are absolutely massive, and he continues to carry a body weight of what appears to be 265lbs+. Great video!

Amazing, I'm almost 60, in the very early 80s I had a buddy competing in the Mr. Cal. at Santa Monica Civic. I was standing at the urinal when this inhumanly huge black dude steps up to the one next to me. I'm 6',240lb college Md.Linebkr.,probably 19"arms,30"thighs fairly hard. This guy's delts were bigger than my head! We were approx . the same height, but this guy DWARFED me like I was a little kid. I never to this day knew exactly who he was to right this minute! Wow that's who that was, Incredible!

Saw him bench 505 for 12 reps and tricep extension with 315 . Blew my mind man . I was young bodybuilder then and a good 200lbs but this brotha was so large as to defy imagination. You can catch a clip of Munson and another brotha in the Gap Band party train video . To date i have not seen a bigger man than Craig Munson . Impressive
