Nice kit! I would recommend a Ziess lens cleaning kit. I always travel with one, and it comes with a blower, cloth, cleaning solution, and lens wipes👍

I had bought my Wireless Rode Go just last week and in the box it came with 2 USB C cables. Just wondering if yours ce with 2 as well? Cause you mentioned you eed to unplug 1 and plug the other.

The cheap ND and aperture priority thing worked very well for me. I have the same SSD 500 gig drive and the mini tripod as well. The lowepro looks like mine as well. Got it on B&H cheap. Have the Wireless Go as well. Hold on. I am going to check if yea robbed me. LOL!

Camera bag, schmamera bag! I use my old 30 litre military pack that has a long rifle slot inside it (for carrying a sniper rifle). That way I can put my manfrotto 502 sticks INSIDE the bag and it's easy to carry. Also, it doesn't look like a camera bag (read: victim!), it looks like "better not F- with this guy..." Is it little or incognito? No! But it makes carrying a big camera and good sticks super easy. The pack has an upper and lower compartment as well as side compartments. Camera and G0Pro in the top, rest of the ephemera (cables, mikes, monitor, batteries, etc.) in the bottom, selfie sticks, etc, in the side pockets. Outer pockets hold lens cloths, snacks, ND filter, etc.

Great youtubers make videos on busy days.

Grey card has 18% reflectance, which is what your camera meter is set to. A white balance card (white or grey) is neutral - it will remove your colour cast, but not necessarily be a correct exposure guide. I use a lastolite ezybalance, which is very good.

@@josephasghar So you would recommend a balance with a grey rather than white? I have a foldable Lightdow 12 x 12" White Balance 18% Gray Reference Reflector Grey Card that I use.. Grey on one side and white on the other. Looks like the same thing that you have.

Old Nerd Reviews I’ve always used grey. Worth comparing both. I’d expect grey to be closer because it’s more likely within gamut.

after many trips with 5d :) I don't need so heavy (lens and body) and FF sensor for make amazing pictures from trip. I know R is not heavy but lens are really heavy.

How about a really good vintage lens in the budget bag... Pentax, Helios....

Getting ready to go on vacation...does a quick video on what your bring LoL All we needed is to have The Everyday Wife screaming at you to get your butt moving or shes leaving for vacay without you! I always work on a budget but generally if I'm going out to do some shooting, I now bring the following - Canon M50 + kit 18-55mm EFM - EFS 24mm f2.8 + EFS 17-85mm f4 IS on a EFM-EF adapter (I`m considering of getting the Viltrox speed booster, still in the 'yay/nay' phase on it) - 4x batteries (I heard theres a mock battery I can get for the M50 that comes with either an AC or micro USB port to work off an external battery or wall unit, haven't found one that I trust yet)- My Sansung Galaxy S9+- 2 hand tripods- at least 3 extra memory cards ranging from 32gb SD to 128gb microSD- Sometimes my Canon M100 as a backup/wife's camera I may start lugging my Osmo Mobile2 around. But all this was almost all that I had used on my Boston trip last year (I had the Canon T3 and M100 at the time plus my phone), though no on-the-run editing as my Lenovo T420 crapped out on me. I just did it all when I got home anyways.

@@TheEverydayDad I suck at hand stabilizing my videos, that's why I got the Mobile2. But it's so big and clunky, the few times I've brought it out and had to set up my S9+ (it's a big phone so balancing it right takes time), I really wanted to get the Pocket because of its size. That's why I'm really hopi g to see a 2nd gen Pocket that fixes some of your issues with it. Or they build a sort of peripheral attachment making a phone into a gimbal camera.

Dude you can easily and cheaply upgrade the add on the MacBook for about 60 dollars I put in 524gb in mine. The ram is pretty cheap and easy to it to. Us Dads need to make out equipment go as far as it can

The Everyday Dad was just his latest video on the flat shot for thumbnails and such and he scrapped some cardboard shaving to add character to thumbnails and product shots. Lol

I mean if you have a 2018 to date phone with a editing skill on kinemaster you're good to go. Enjoy and have a blast.

I don’t usually bring any but yesterday I full on hand grabbed my lens and smudged it and now I wish I had some cleaning products.

He still uses a 2015 MacBook?

I use a MacBook Pro 2013 and it works just fine ,MacBooks last.

Techno Panda Apple is just trying to usher everyone into the wireless future, sooner rather than later. But yeah, until wireless becomes more common in everyones work flows, it’s pretty inconvenient. SD cards are probably the last consumer electronics storage medium. Told my friend a decade ago, that Blue Ray’s were the last for entertainment storage media. I was right.
