I don’t understand why simple solutions for health and safety are not put in place ! This is not maintaining culture, this is pure backwardness! Plastic buckets , cellphones , but cooking on the ground and open fire pits ? A simple stone stove with a hole for placing your pots is healthier , safer and more effective ! We have gone from gas to electric to induction but we allow this none sense to be causing folks to end up in early graves or sick ? Put away the cellphone and use a carrier pigeon

ماشاء الله عليكم الابن قمر... شرفت السودانين بكرم الضيافة... Eating Sudanese food with hand is beautiful but you have to pay attention to few points: *eat with the tip of your finger & don't insert your fingers deep into the dish when scouping the molah. * don't insert your fingers into your mouth, use the tips of your fingers. *do not suck your fingers while you are eating. You can do it @ the end. *don't lean into the dish you're eating from, so as not to drop anything from your fingers/mouth.

Oh if only us Americans were still able to discipline our kids like in Sudan. Guaranteed our nation would be more respectful!!! Good luck Kino Yves and to Gamer and family ❤️❤️❤️💯

Hi Yeves, I've been watching all your videos since the Lebanon trip. I never expected that you'll visit Sudan. But you actually did. And I'm happy to see that. I'm from Darfur myself, my father migrated in the 80s. The situation in Darfur is tragic and people are living in horrible conditions. But i feel like they're happier with their life than us city folks. Gamer is such a nice guy, his family too. They work hard, and the dishes that he showed you brought good memories to me. This is my favorite video on the channel so far. Thank you for attempting what most won't dare do!

Gamar and his family are so warm and nice. He is such a beautiful soul.

Kino that was very nice of Gamar to have you over and have his family cook the food for you. Good hospitality. It was interesting seeing what his family does in that area and he was showing you around. It was clever his dad was growing sugar cane and the other various things he does. Keep them coming.

Amazing video as usual.. It's the first time I see these kinds of food.. I loved their simple life and respected the hope in Gamar's eyes to learn English and complete his study in the hope of improving his life for him and his family..
