👍 The Best Bread I've Ever Tasted! - Low Carb - Diabetes Friendly - Gluten Free - Bread Recipe 👍

👍 Guys - Nospikyspiky has been slaving over a hot stove working on a Low Carb bread that tastes as close to the real thing as possible...and here it is! Woohoo I am so happy! Try it you will love it and leave a comment to tell me what you think! Tip - when you turn the oven off let it sit in the oven for half an hour to bake more perfectly!
Total net carb 21.7g for whole loaf of bread
Based on the bread having 12 slices total net carb per slice would be 1.8g per slice (approximate)
Measurements and ingredients may vary, please weigh and calculate your own carbs.

Ingredients
One Tablespoon of Dried Yeast
One cup of Warm Water
One teaspoon of Baking Powder
Three quarters a teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda
Half a cup of Egg Whites
Five tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
Three tablespoons of soft cheese
One third of a cup of Almond Flour
One third of a cup of Coconut Flour
One third of a cup of Flax Seeds
One Quarter cup of Psylium Husk
One third of a cup of Oat Bran

    👍 Oh wow, please let me know how it turns out on the gas stove! I hope it turns out beautiful! My fan oven is an electric oven with a fan to distribute the heat evenly but I imagine cooking on a stove has a lovely taste when cooked this way, very traditional! Nospikyspiky loves the old fashioned ways & is currently stuck in 1980!!! 😊👍

    👍 Hello, thank you for your message! I have not tried a substitute, but you could always try replacing it with one of the other flour substitutes such as almond flour & see how it goes, sometimes experiments are fun! Let me know how you go if you do mix things up a bit!🙂👍

    it wasnt because he forgot to give it all a rest of an hour or so.. but may be because of vinegar it did.
