This here is an Arizona road trip adventure and hike vlog up to Payson. We check out the Tonto Natural Bridge as well as the Waterwheel hike. If you love to hike in Arizona to waterfalls and along streams then both of these hikes will work out for you. Its always nice to beat the heat in Phoenix and take a road trip up to northern Arizona.

Living in Arizona is quite a unique experience because of the vastness that the state offers. From the Sonoran Desert in the south to the high country in the north all the way up towards the Four Corners east and the Grand Canyon in the west. Known as the Grand Canyon state, Arizona is diverse in many ways. The state tree is the Palo Verde, the state cactus is the Saguaro, the state bird is the Cactus wren. If you are thinking about moving to Arizona feel free to subscribe and check us out on our other channels.

Dont forget to mention the absurd amount of traffic coming in and out of Payson. Seems like the whole state wants to converge to that area.

Is water wheel trail the same as ellison creek cascades? Is the cascades the Waterfalls at the end? I see them listed separately on all trails but they have the same waterfall picture 😅

Once when I was fishing at Tonto National Bridge back in the 1990'S A rattlesnake attacked me, luckily he only got my boot but had to kill it by using my fishing pole. Once a rattlesnake gets used to attacking people, they have to be killed... He was pretty tasty... please DON'T try to killing rattlesnakes. Call a ranger

What causes all the cracks in the roads? I have lived places where freeze/thaw conditions cause it, patched roads galore. So why all the patched roads in warm areas of Az? Curious.
