You have to have patience and vigilance! Im 55, and started really taking care of MYSELF for once(started when I was 52) RetinA has completely changed the game for my skin and have been incorporating glycolic acids, microcurrent and copper peptides and let me tell you, its WORTH all the effort... Started noticing big changes at the 6 month mark with RetinA.... It's never ever too late!!!

I am 57 and have been watching my face age at an alarming rate as well. I found a photo from my 50th birthday and I look 20 years younger, not just 7. Why don't they tell us this happens so fast? It is startling to see and very hard to adjust to emotionally. You are not alone in this.

Science isn't Confusing. It's multi layered. Nutrition is the most key. or. Deep labial folds are caused by eating meat. Smoking is an ongoing skin damage & sun is a powerful UVA requiring shade 💝

But if it IS a 'scientific' fact, please be sure to cite the actual studies, as well as the scientific journal where published, concluding that eating meat causes nasalabial folds.

@@kimgordon3695 that’s interesting I’m almost 52, I eat meat, smoked for years, worshiped the sun. Yet, I look 10-15 years younger than most people my age. I think genetics play a huge role in aging along with a good regimen.

Holy collagen batman!! I would say that you have made a huge difference in your skin! I own a nuface and it just broke! I am thinking I will get the myolift mini with the gloves. Just curious how do you clean the gloves?

When I was a teenager, I remember seeing a book called "Blue Eyeshadow Should Be Illegal." How wrong they were, bc you look GORGEOUS in this blue eyeshadow! It really highlights your pretty eyes.

Hello, thank God for you and your channel. I'm 58, and didn't moisture my skin, or use sun screen because I am allergic to the sun. Duh!

I am 70yrs old I always had very smooth and firm skin until I got COVID-19 I was in the hospital for 8days very sick and the dried out damage it did to my skin is horrible.. I have been trying all types of creams people always thought I was so much younger looking due to my beautiful skin it is very depressing to deal with very dry skin. I also ended up with 2 blood clots in each lung . This is a serious virus please stay safe ❤️

What products should I purchase to start. I dont think I will do all the items you indicated I would like to use the ones that I will get the most benefit from to lift and plump my neck and face

Just a note regarding the micro current devices - if you happen to have a heart condition, check the manufacturers website. Sadly, these kinds of devices are generally not recommended for use if you happen to have any heart issues.

I love your videos! You seem like the kind of friend I would have! I am 68 but still working full time as an RN Director. I get up at 530 am for work and don’t get home until 530 pm. I dont know when to fit anything in. I have the nu face but did not notice much difference. I also have the needles but have stopped using them. I’m so tired when I come home. I do get Botox in forehead and eye area. I need to target lower half of my face and neck. Think I will try the red light therapy.

This was fabulous! I was almost going to return my nuface b4 the time expires and you have convinced me to keep it. The part that bothers me is you have to start out with a squeaky clean face with no oil at all and after swathing my face with oils and creams b4 bed, it takes time and a process. I have been looking into radio frequency but I have been seeing where it takes the fat away? I have seen not to do it on your cheek area because it can decrease fullness in your face but that is opposite what you are saying? I have been told it works really great on jawline. I’m confused!

Interesting video! Angie from Hot and Flashy recommends LED red light masks that sit very close to the skin so that the lights are more intense. Her mask suggestions can also be used for other areas on the body in addition to the face and have the same or very similar red light therapy as the Mito. So for my money I may want one that sits closer to the face than the Mito. I bought the nuface microcurrent device 3 years ago on a splurge and haven't seen any difference, much to my disappointment. The doctorly website is a great resource about microcurrent (meh) and LED light therapy (GREAT!) Thanks for the video!

Keep using your NuFace. I have one and only had it 3 months. I and others noticed a difference in 2 weeks. I have got so many compliments on my skin since I started it. I have always been into skincare. I haven’t been so great to my skin at same time. For me I use the NuFace longer than it says. I don’t notice much in lines as I do a lifted look.
