Great video!! I also use a reed cutter for soft reeds. A small cut on the tip make the reed life longer.

又是一期有意义的教学视频。好评。我见过valentine 好像可以在吹奏某段旋律的时候 可以出双音 好像就在自己唱还吹。太牛了。Paganini caprice 9. 希望有机会 讲解一下 怎么做的 谢谢🙏

Wow, it is very good to know, that paper works :)

I personally use the « ReedGeek » tool for adjusting and flattening the reed table, the sheet of paper’s solution is much cheaper but need a good flat surface and require more time maybe ;) thanks again

Great guys!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I use sandpaper because my mouthpiece tip opening is huge. I use a Dokkof D-9 on the soprano and Vandoren ZZ #2 and still hard to blow. I used to use Fibracell #2 but it's to bright to match with Dukoff.

maybe try a smaller tip opening if it's not easy to blow air through your horn man

We just use basic paper! But sand paper works as well, just have to be more careful - you don't want to make it worse!

Hi, my reeds last about a month, I try to prepare them 2 weeks before the competition. For me it’s the best condition of the reed!
